Yeah it would seem pretty odd to keep people who are non faction from PVP. However, if it's the same FP than you could probably just kill TIEs for awhile and then go visit a recruiter and then you're set. Guess we'll have to see, but the idea of just communicating with a Mon Calamari Rebel or an ISD to go PvP would work pretty well, as far as I'm considered.
