Thread: Can a person master pilot be earning the 7.5 million xp?

I think your missing the point here.. I think what the game is asking for is 7.5 Mil XP PLUS you destory the corvette. I am guessing they never fixed the bug so I would suggest you just compelete the corvette before you see a msg one day saying Corvette mission fixed, you now need 7.5 mil exp.. I know for a fact that if you reach 7.5 mil it will NOT give you master pilot. You have to complete the process of blowing up the corvette..
Respectfully disagree Cry. It was made clear in Beta that Mastering was intended to work like tier 1 and tier 3. In that no XP was required simply mission completion. It is working as intended.

I spent 4 hours looking for and recruiting ace pilots to help me with this rebel corvette mission on corbantis only to have over half the players not be online, afk, or otherwise unable to get ahold of again. I play to have fun and 4 hours of fruitless recruiting to move on in my profession is bogus. That is not fun to me at all. The missions for moving on do need to be streatching of my ability but shouldn't be made impossible for me to do on my own. The corvette should be a group mission and would be fun for that purposebut, in my frustrated opinion not required for skill advancement.
