Before everyone starts yelling I was a 4/4/4/4 marksmen and had a 4/0/4/4 scout with some medic and entertainer stuff in there. I was grinding towards BH but since I am a casual player 3 hours a week it would have taken me forever. I did not want to RESPEC to MBH so alls I did was RESPEC to NBH 0/0/0/0 and Novice Rifleman 0/0/0/0 with Marksmen 4/4/4/4. I want to grind my way up to MBH even if it takes forever because That is how I play but I can not get any help because of the CU and people saying I RESPEC my position. I Think I earned where I am at and did not respec higher so I could learn the proffesion. Questions with the CU I am trying to find out about what is the best armor now and who has some to buy along with I am taking Bounties (I am a level 19) so I take lvl 16 up to 19 bounties but when I get there they are red and in the 30ths and I get cloned real fast, any suggestions.
Any body have any good guides for post CU?

Im about 2000xp away from Investigation III. Should i go on and get invest III as soon as i get the xp, or continue to go for xp at Invest II and cap it before i get III.

That said, you will still need to master at least one elite combat profession before attempting to hunt Jedi so unless you already have one elite masterInv3 isn't the most useful skill box u can train

1. Does general ranged accuracy effect skills from Power tree?
2. Does 2h Weapon Speed/Accuracy effect Double-Bladed lightsabers?
3. What is probably the best to non-jedi profession to grind with when you first unlock jedi? I have heard that combat medic is good for healing/paralyze the BH and run as well as rifleman for giving the BH a nasty taste in his/her mouth...
Thank you for the help!

As far as I know:
1. Yes (edited, sorry thought you said speed)
2. No
3. Depends on your play style. I used TK and Doc post CU and it worked well for me.

Maybe it's because I'm new to the game but I can't grasp the reasons for these:
Why, exactly, does the jedi classneed an xp penalty for dying (or any other stupid penalty idea that I've read)?
I've searched all over the place and can't find any... what penalties does a BH get that dies to his jedi mark?
Thanks

your gonna get a lot of mixed views on this, some saying we do some say we don't.
In concept, we are actually dabblers, being able to pool several skills from all the 32 professions into ours. Granted, we've been weakened to "balance" against other classes...
That, and we are "supposed" to be 1.5x more powerfull at knight, along with the "novelty" of being jedi. Also the xp loss is meant to hinder jedi progress, original concept was jedi were supposed to be unique and rare, and no 2 people would have the same path to jedi. (again, changed in later patches) To keep it rare, people were supposed to quit. However this rarely happened, if someone got discouraged enough to quit, they just sold their jedi for a thousand bucks, so jedi numbers never really went down, just traded hands.

jedi is a tough road. IMO, it needs to be tougher than a reg proff. The exp loss isn't a big deal once you level enough but I honestly can't say how bad it is for newb paddies since I was pretty far along before CU and all the respec bh's.

The branch stays open. Have no idea on the first question though...
