New ship upgrade option...Top of the line Music system...shows up in your control panel...and can be used to select any music file on your PC

Anyone else think that would be cool?

I'd like to have a sort of music player in SWG so that i'll be able to change the track if i don't like it or it's getting boring. I love the music in Star Wars but it gets "old" fast. If they are going to add new music i'd like to get "astroid field" from ESB expecially in space combat.

I had thought of this before, thats why i play my own music... *rofl* and the astroid feild would be sweet, since there are actual astroid fields ready for release, hope the music is just implemented by area then *breaks off* when you get attacked as in hit, then it plays random battle music,

As long as the Imperial March finally makes its' way into the game and is played when you encounter an Imperial Star Destroyer, I'll be happy.

Ohhh, area-based music would be awsome! Playing music when you enter a asteroid feild, go into some sectors, ect. When you get near a fleet of Stardestroyers, the Emperial March begins to play (no matter what faction you are), and when you're near a Rebel cruiser, Rebel music starts playing. ^^

Thanks for the suggestion again. So sick and tired of the combat music in this game, it's getting muted.

I'll be playing my own starwars classics in the background from now on! Especially pieces from Shadows of the Empire, Empire Strikes Back, and A new hope respectively.

Ok, Devs. You've really screwed the pooch on this one before. Make SURE you put some music in JTL other than the loading screens and combat. The people want music, gol-dernit! There was hardly any time in the movies when music wasn't playing, and it's just integral to the SW feel now. Also, if it's not too much to ask, have some music that's NOT from the prequels.

Also, adding some more music to the ground game wouldn't hurt you, either.

Yeah, I do that already, using iTunes, I play my own music while in game.

Good idea about the SW mp3's, i'll see if there's a cheap trilogy set of CD's somewhere.

You shouldn't need to play MP3s, CDs, ect. while playing the game, though. Music should be playing in the game. Action music while you fight, eriee soft music while you're exploring, a milder music once you go into cities, ect.

Thank you. My point exactly. If JTL's music is just like the ground game's (ie: it stops whenever you aren't fighting), it's going to really tear people out of the game. People like to have music that matches with what is happening in the game.

tear people out of the game? i shut my music off in the game. its annoying. i dont think its as big a deal as you make it out to be,

Sure it would be nice to have more music and stuff,. but i dont think it makes a differencewhen you can listen to your own if you want to... i dotn think the lack of new music will make people leave the game, i could be wrong but i dont think i am
