IOW, Until they come up with faction-related MP ships, this is then a moot point. Rebels and Imps won't get to fly the YT-1300. Period.
If you check out the new layout of the JTL ships http://starwarsgalaxies.station.sony.com/expansions_ships.jsp, you will see that there are three multiplayer ships listed (and ADDITIONALLY to that the veteran reward Sorosuub 3000).

Sorry if this has been asked before but....
Will the Yacht count against my 2 ship limit or is it considered "special" since it's a non-combat ship? My goal is to have a Black Sun Heavy Type 4 and a YT-1300 in the datapad, would be a pitty if i had to get rid of my yacht to make this happen.

Game card users will qualify for the veteran reward Sorosuub after having subscribed for the requisite 6 months.
....any possibility of making it 6 consecutive months before but was recently interrupted? thats the way it should be. and how long is the period you can go unsubscribed and still count as 6 consecutive months?

Yes, it is based on account age and not character age.
TH, one more question on this please, i haveon one account 2 characters on two galaxies, the one is the "old one", and the other the new one, but my primary character. Will we have any chance of selecting the character that gets the vet ship ourself or would i need to delete my old character in order to get vet ship to the new one?

no, i think you will be able to take off from anywhere. that would be kinda stupid if it was like that. and i belive every ship will be able to have a hyperdrive, but still never got an answer to this question.

I realise this is now a somewhat old thread, but i read through a good number of the responses and comments on each of the pages and didn't find an answer to my own question. This seems like the right place to throw it up so here goes. I bought this game almost right when it went live, I payed for a full year of subscription. Right off the bat. I had some financial issue about 4, maybe 5 months and cancelled the subscription. Since it was payed for a year I continued to play from time to time but I wound up forgetting that I had cancelled till about a month ago. The financial issues are resolved, and the subscription itself is re - instated. However, when they gave out the concept art in game as a gift, I didn't receive one.
Is the same thing gonna happen to me with the Yacht as well? I've paid for a year of service, that alone should qualify me for the 6 month pre-req all by itself, but for the time I was unsubscribed I was treated like I had quit the game entirely - i recieved no system emails, none of the player gifts so many others got... It's a little vexing, I didn't even find out these things happened till i checked the website (it's something i rarely do).
For practical purposes, I've never quit paying for this game since it's inception, my account is renewed and the year mark will hit about 3 days after JtL goes live. I don't know if I got flagged though. I hope I did, this ship looks like a sweet ride. I hope I can get an answer, or baring that, a new direction / location to go and look for an answer.

i bought this game and started playing it the day it came out, and I played for over a year. For financial reasons i had to cancel my account for several months, but then I activated my account again a few months ago. (no more than 3 months ago)
Will I be denied veteran reward???
plz answer because this will affect my views of JTL

Wait a sec...do I have this straight? When you land your ship at a starport, that's the only starport where you can board your ship, right? So there's no way to get a ship from, say, Tatooine to Corellia, without taking the hyperspace route. So if this yacht does not have a hyperdrive, it will be stuck in one system forever? Is that right?

Hey TH, I got 2 very simple questions if I may:
1. Who qualifies for the Yacht? I have been playing since October 2003 and always paid in monthly payments wihtout any breaks. Does that qualify? Or did I need to pay in 6 moth lumps in advance? (I did look for th answer on forums but failed.. not sure how you manage to actualy visit most of these threads and leave a reply, but you must have learnt not to sleep or something, as I am sure you have toher things to do under your employment)
2. What are the stats of the falsh speeder compared to av21? I already got av21 and if flash speeder is inferior then I will just leave y non-Beta pre-order as it is.. If it is better, then I will go and cancel my UK pre-order and purchase through those amercan companies that give the speeder.

P.S oph and can someone PLASE tell me where the beta forum is, as I dont want to be discussing problems I am having in a thread that is not suitable

i dont know about your second question, but for the first one you still qualify. its 6 consecutive months subscribed regardless if youve subscribed in 1 month incriments or 6 month.
