if you become a jedi in mmorpg you will be"gasp" forced to pvp by other bh and but you can always play knights of the old republic or jedi academy and kill mindless npces![]()
plus whats the point of driving an xwing or a being a jedi if you dont want to fight for your causeits like walking around with a m16 on iraq but telling the guerila that you dont want to be shot at because is not fair ...
Ehem..
Slarus you've been served...Lmao
Do you just like to see yuor own post's? That blood red dont show up too well on black btw.
Yes I PvP'd for my master box. I got killed twice in the prosess. But I brought my Squadron just like the Admiral told me to.
So far as skill goes, I made it so fast because this game is too easy already genious.
Just what we needed another proffesion that takes a casual plyer 2 weeks to master.
The new SOE mantra:
Grinding is fun.
Getting killed is fun.
EVERYTHING MEANINGFUL SHOULD BE GROUPED!
We don't need new content, we need to make existing content harder.
Ehem..

Isn't that cute, your clueless

Oh wow sarcasm.

I've talked to a lot of players who are just "regular players" and having a tough time with it.As far as splitting it into two different types of missions, I dont think that will happen, but we are considering an alternate advancement for the PvP missions. Nothing in stone yet. We are just working on accomodating players who are just trying to get their master box.
What about accomodating players who want to PvP as, for example, a Hutt Privateer pilot (in other words, a pirate) in a really great space zone like Kessel, who are, in your new system, completely unable to do so? Taking content from players is not a very good idea.
The only fair solution to this 'problem' would be to move Master Pilot missions from Kessel and leave Kessel for what it is - the only space zone where PvP works in a 'starwarsy' way.

Why bother to change it? Its not like we'll see a lot of PvP now that Kessel will become another general space sector.
So is it safe to say that no one is going to go to Deep Space? No one cares about that at all?
I've told you, I didnt' want Kessel to go non-pvp. If anything I wanted the damage reduction and that was it. But hey, we're getting what we're getting.
Here's an idea, go pvp-overt every time you go to space. Stay pvp-overt at all times. Convince others to do the same. Not only will you get fp, maybe you'll run across other players who are pvp-overt. If there's as many PVPers as everyone claims, you'll find people to fight all over the place, and they won't be in a position where you're just killing them and making part of the game impossible. I go overt when i run duty. I've said this. Not once have I seen an overt enemy faction player.
