I think that message comes up when the concentration is too low the surveying skill you posess. Try finding a higher concentration. It has been a reaaaaalllly long time since I didn't have survey 4, but I think that if you stick to things that are over 50-60% concentration, you should be able to sample that. As you get more survey boxes, you will be able to sample with smaller concentrations. At survey 4, you can sample as long as it is at least 10%. I am not sure if the force survey skill mods will let you go further, since I don't have them yet.

that message is displayed when a resource is 'too new' and isnt ready to be munched on. switch to something else for a few hours.

Hey,
For some reason i try to play the omni box and every single time i do it - i play for like 10 secs and then it says this...
"You prepare to stop playing"
"You prepare to stop playing"
Then it stops?
I have no idea why, im certified to use it i have xx44 in musician...any ideas?
I turned all macro's off to see if that was why - and it does the same thing? Its the only instrument that does this ?

the Omni Box (and the Nalargon) must stay targeted while you are playing them. Do not click off the instrument or you will stop playing. Also, if you like to emote while playing you can use the first few letters of a character name along with your emote (e.g. /greet Eventide)

But I will add a trick my friend Meralle Sinu (who has long since left the game, sadly) taught me long before I could play an Ommni (she was a master way back in summer '03). If you start a flourish, and you un-target the ommni/nalg, do something, and re-target it before the flourish finishes, it won't stop you from playing. It only stops if, at the start of the next "music beat" (base or flourish) you do not have them targeted (the code must do an if/else check at the start of each beat). So it is possible to hit flourish, target and type /greet, and then re-target the nalg or ommni. You just have to be FAST, and if you mis-click or are too slow you will stop playing.

ok some one looted my disk from the sith base misson how do i redo and whats the program from here out uggg and any bounty hunters want a job!!!!

thanks but i have this abandon misson on the misson listed as a option and someon also told me destroy the crystal and then wait for old man. so im all for doing nothing and waiting agin but didnt know if the other questions are wrong or not

ok looks like the misson just respawn couple days later and i re-did and worked
so looks like you just wait around either day or so and you just re-do the base misson agin

I just got back after 3 months away from the game and I started to do my pilot stuff again but when i got to my pilot trainer in Bestine he gives me transfer papers but I don't know where I am suppose to go. If anyone has any ideas please let me know thanks so much.
