A counter to force run I dont think is the answer however limiting its use is. I mean look at the Jedi who didnt take any Enhancements. Once they are in the fight it is either kill or be killed as escape is unlikely and impossible if your facing any type of force run jedi. Here is what I propose.
1: Put force run on a timer where it can only be used every few min.
2: Force run can not be used once you enter combat..
3: If you are attacked while Force Running vs Players you immediately slow to a run.
4: If you are attacked vs enviroment while Force running this has no effect on your speed.
I feel this will answer many PVP issues and balance the current Jedi FRS exp. Currently with force run 3 you just run around all over the place in and out with little reguard much less danger of getting caught. Non Force run jedi are receiving FRS exp much slower due to this reason and its just not fair. You just cant get in and out before getting ganked so it takes a huge ammount of time to get any FRS exp.Keep in mind working 3 days for 300 or so for FRS exp then dying once and loosing it all to one PVP death is quiet discouraging. I understand its the jedi's choice to not take any Force run however everyone being a cookie cutter just doesnt look like much funto me.

simple fix indeed
1. make forcerun a turn on/off option like armor but have a 4 sec delay to activate on/off so that it goes with number 2 below.
2, when forcerunning you can not attack so if you want to attack you have to wait the 4 secs to turn off run completely and then begin attacking.

If a master skill is going to be drastically changed I expect a re-roll. Force run 3 in its CURRENT state is why I Spent my points on Master Enahncement.
You all had many weeks on TC2 to test this out.
I dont think its fair to majorly nerf a master skill proffession, then expect all of us who have it to simply deal with it, or regrind millions and millions of more xp.
Changing skills like this left and right all the time will not solve anything.
Leave it the way it is for a while, and see if others can come up with TACTICS to counter these skills before crying they are overpowered.
I have ZERO skills in the defense tree because I wanted ForceRun3. If it gets nerfed I wanna trade the enhancement for the defense or healingdiscipline....without having to regrind my template.
