If leveling a jedi is going to be this difficult, we should be rewarded for our work. Sabers..... boy where do we start here. First of all lets talk about its damage type. Kinetic damage. So your saying a saber is nothing more then a Baseball bat. Or some other smashing weapon. This is really really stupid.

I agree. Lightsabers should do their own specific type of damage. I believe in the near future we may see this change being implemented, but I can't say too much about it. I can assure you a certain dev does listen to Jedi. A friend of mine is talking to one directly almost daily.

Not to mention that there are mobs out there that have 100% resistance to kinetic. Which means we as jedi will never ever be able to beat them. This needs to be fixed right away. Again with sabers. When are they going to fix this saber decay. No reason for them to decay as fast as they do.

Reason: Organic limitation of Jedi. Only the richest powergamers will be Jedi for an extended period of time. Flame me if you want, but that's howI see it.

As it is all we do is get in our best armor and get buffed and run to a remote spot and kill mobs. Fun at first but it gets old believe it or not. How about some Jedi theme parks? Would it be to much to ask for some content to be added for jedi.

I recall reading about some Jedi-oriented content coming soon. We'll just have to wait and see.

Also how about some jedi only items, other then pearls or crystals. But hey if these issues are not addressed and Devs dont care, its really no biggie to me. I hear people are paying over 1k for a jedi char on ebay.

Well we can agree to disagree on things. But no melee defences mean we just get kd/dizzy to death. I am not sure if we can saber throw while in this state. But it cant be to effective if we do. In the latest interview with IGN I remeber hearing something to the effect that jedi are in nature very melee versed. Now that is not qouteunquote but close enough. This being said Jedi should be able to have melee skills. We agree on the sabers. We agree on Jedi needing content. We agree about on the rest. No need for flames I like your points. No kidding..... quit your complaining. You all complain about the cost of pearls and crystals and you complain when you recieve a "gift". Sell it and quit complaining, or better yet feel the magic and joy of giving!

But then again, I concur with many that holocrons will shoot back up in price to the multimillions. Possibly even more since now more people are started on holocrons and only have one. They will be hungry for the next.

So, i should be able to sell my holos to buy the crystals and pearls I need.

OK I am basically saying that you have what alot of people are trying to get. Specifically what I am saying is, Jedi dont bitch that you got something you dont need.

Was anybody onboard for launch, when everybody started speculating about Jedi? The Hermit Theory? Everybody crunching numbers, trying to find out the FSformula?The "hackers" that saw that the more times you swore and spoke 1337, the less chance that you would get the slot? The weird towers being visited by everybody just for the slightest chance of the FS Slot opening? And what did the "magic formula" turn out to be in the end?

I for one think that we kind of got screwed over with this. I mean, for all of the devs' hinting at and hiding the secret, it wasn't much of a secret at all. Is anybody else pissed about this? We were promised some system that would include being a balanced gamer instead of just a powergaming loser that has no contact with other real humans in this world, but instead we got a system that only benefits powergamers. And now look at what we have... Mostly just Jedi who level all day, no RP at all. I know there are some good Jedi, but even the first Jedi had been reported for using exploits and cheating people out of their stuff. I believe that the Jedi population is now growing to include more balanced players. I believe that the system is slowly fixing itself, but still needs some work.

I know I'm not going to get anything done here, and that I'm probably the only person that will ever read this and really think about it. But I believe that we have a plain old crappy system for unlocking the FSS, and it needs to be revised.

I believe that had a more in depth method in place at the beggining(probably a quote I could pull somewhere), but they had to lessen the requirements and ended up adding hints because they figured people were not advancing as fast as they had hoped.

Yes, but they COULD have given existing jedi something small, say their hooded cloak. I am sure it would have been enough, since most of them want one anyways.
