It's possible that the Devs will put the State Recovery abilities somewhere in the other Jedi trees. I know they get KD recovery, but I don't think they (you) get Stun or Blind Recovery.
And if you're asking us to predict how they're going to nerf something . . . your guess is as good as ours

BH losesbounty (DB'd by jedi),BH's bank account is finedbountyrewardX2 credits...Guild 'failure' fees
BH decide to exploit and pass his credits to someone else (his alt) while he does his mission? Welp, theres such a thing as NEGATIVE credits.
If he fails he goes into debt.
When a certain number of credits are owed by the BH.. say, 500k, the BH will be unable to take missions from the BH terminal until he repays his debt.
Hows THAT for a penalty?
Also:
To make things balanced, tie jedi payout to the number of BH's that can take that mission. Low padawan payouts= 1 bh only. medium level padawan=2 bh's only, knight (or complete template on knight trials)=3 BH's.. and per force rank +1 more BH can take mission.
To avoid jedi getting their friends to grab their missions and not be hunted, make the BH lose the mission (with no penalty) upon logging.

I agree but once they reach a -500k, they should BE on ther terms w/a bounty on their head.
THE whole point of the BH system I think is to have more than just jedi, more diversity is better.

I'd just be happy with vis reset to zero (and actually working when you die).
But a monetary penalty from the BH guilds sounds interesting.

There should be no penalties for Bounty Hunters at all. The only way there should be penalities is if Bounty Hunters were brought up to the same power as Jedi, or the Jedi were brought down to the same power as Bounty Hunters.

Jedi has a lot of other neat and good powers to make up for not having the best DPS. I don't think the Jedi class should be the best at everything, even the elite professions should have some stuff the Jedi do not have. You guys have got some ofthe coolest stuff in the game!

I know that, i was just saying that cos people always say that the guy in ryatt trail gives the rifle, when in reality he gives the carbine. so if you read what i wrote, it makes perfect sense. thanks
