For weapons and armor the average price I see around is anywhere from 5-20k per item.

On weapons i use a slice% system, the better the slice the higher price.
On armors i have some different ones, stun comps, comps and the other ones i one bulk.
The more rare armors i negotiate, "if they are slicable, newer sliced one" such as the RIS, mando and BH armor.
I have a "slice" mail wich i send to all customers, stating how the slices and tradings asre done.
usually give free or very cheap slices to newbies. Discount to regulars (many tip me more though =))
and some common fact about slicing and how it works in general.

I charge 5k for a Locked Container, 7 k for a piece of weapon or Armor (what ever slice % i get)
and for fp, I'm major Rebell, I take 110 credit / 1 fp... but my Fp sells are very low

Don't listern to anyone about your prices, especialy the customer. The phrase "the customer is always right" is bull in this game and in real life.
Charge what you feel your time is worth, be that 500cr or 50k. Never let someone tell you how much you are worth. Be polite and tell them to have a nice day.
That being said, I'm in the camp "Pay be what you feel the slice is worth" unless I'm busy with other things to which I reply "Sorry I'm busy unless you make me an offer I can't refuse" Faction I sell generaly at around 125cr/fp del and 100cr x faction cost perk. maybe less if I'm feeling nice or I like you.

Faction is 125c/fp non-negotiable.
I never slice for less than 10k per slice, and it only goes up from there depending on how sick of slicing I am.
And I wish it was even worth selling spice anymore.
Built my empire on spice sales.... now its worthless.....

You guys charge 10K for a slice? You guys got luck charms that give you 35% DMG slices or something?

Actually I charge 15k now. And I don't have any lucky charms (that work).
Could it be that I am just greedy? Or that I am just PO'd?
Actually it is both. And people still pay.

weapon/armour-piece: 7k
container: 10k (they had better give them to novices)
FP: 100-120 per FP transferred, not recieved.
guildies and friendsare sliced for free (luckily for them, i don't carry a sword)
FP-costs for guildies/friends are what the FP costs me.

I've always charged a flat CPU rate, with a little extra for sliced weaposn and a little more if the weapon was enhanced. PLanned on doing the same, charge a flat CPU since I try to make all my weapons as good as possible. However I've seen a few guys on my server spamming that they are selling weapons priced on the DPS.
How does everyone plan on pricing their weapons? By the old CPU method or DPS method? now I understand every servers economy is different, but all in all aside from some minor fluctuations you'll find that most stuff has a common price range. A little help please, since I gotta pull all weapons off my vendor anyway, so that isn't going to much of an issue.
And yes that means you too Shug...

Sell for whatever you are comfortable with...
DPS is not the ONLY thing to look for. If their action cost is 120+ and DPS is higher, but you sell something that is a bit lower on DPS but 100 Action Cost, which is better? Pre-CU My dmg sliced stuff always sold for more and sold first. I charged more for it when even though a nice 35% speed slice would have better DPS than a 20% Dmg slice, people would pay more for dmg. Now that DPS is shown on the weapon that might make it a bit easier to base your pricing off of. The smart consumer is going to look at Action Cost too though.

Yeah the Cu has for me made crafing interesting agian. However I've only been able to play in it 1 day so far and the servers keep getting brought down. And what Little time I have been ingame, most of the people I would ask have not been... that and I've been refitting 1000+ pieces of armor.

For right now I'm going with a price based on CL, and then adjusting it for things like DPS or SAC. So far I'm doing a base of 100-200 credtis per CL and then adjust from there.
Seemed like a good idea until we all (combatants included) get this figured out.
