actually I have a master neutral pilot alt. No krayt yet but I am a shipwright too so I could make one, just haven't got around to it. But it's not balanced from what I hear.

People exaggerate, its a given. If people think something is REALLY good, or REALLY bad, they will embelish their opinion to some degree.
Since you are a neutral pilot AND a SW, make one, and form your own opinion, don't take others opinions as hard fact.
That aside, comparitively to other master ships, is it good? yes, its damn good.
Why not just line the stats up and compare:
B-Wing: 150k Resources ~240k mass [SP: 4 Guns] 2 missiles
[Spdx 0.85(Foils Closed) 0.80 (Foils Open) Acc 10 Dec 15 Pitch 50 Yaw 50 Roll 25]
TIE-Opp: 150k Resources ~170k mass [SP: 2 Guns] 3 missiles
[Spdx ?? Acc 35 Dec 35 Pitch 100 Yaw 100 Roll 50]
Krayt Gunship: 150K resources ~210K mass [SP: 3 Guns] [MP guns: 1] 1 missle
Handling.. i dont have the statistics
If you compare the weaponloadout's they are relativly balanced, with arguably the expception of the MP turret, as this 4th gun may be more intelligent than your average master ship. What makes them unbalanced really is that missele weapons are really not very cost effective and not really used a whole lot. Which is something that REALLY needs to be addressed. If missle weapons were more cost effecitve and more effective in use, the Tie oppressors 3 mounts would be nothign to sneeze at. However right now, i think most everyone is sneezing at it.
Realistlcally, all a kryat is, is a 210K mass kimogilla with a turret stuck on on it.
