'As for resources,I sell them on the market at a 4/1 credit/unit ratio.'

'Also, I will not, do not, CANNOT sell structural or wall modules. I'm just too busy making them for myself, much less someone else.'

"Because that's the only way to compete with the power-levelers and other goobers with the power of a PA behind them."

I wonder what's your ingame name and where you're based. I'm also on Naritus and I know only a couple of guild architects who do sell houses very cheap (40k for medium, 90k for large) BUT they're currently so busy with their guillds' orders that will stay out of general market for at least a couple of weeks. So if the prices go down it's not their fault, but yours (or someone else like you). But no, I do not "hate your guts". Why? Because I refuse to sell small houses cheaper then 12k. And they move EASILY at this price or even higher if I add some funiture and/or crafting stations. I might have lost one or 2 customers but most of the timeI have more orders than I can manage in one day. So you can call it "working for people" while I can call it ripping yourself off.

Yes, sometimes customers say they'll run some missions to get cash to buy it. But if they're combat classes it's their way of living and leveling up, why should I be sorry for them? They even have fun doing this, so don't you you think we architects and crafters deserve it too?

I'm one of the four master architects on Naritus. Please send me your pricing list. I hate building small houses and will gladly let you build them for 8k so I can resell them. When you get to the other buildings let me know those prices to and just because you asked

/flame

There now I'm just like every other architect who bitches about pricing lol. Actually, you can probably get at least 10k for small houses and 45k for factories. Someone offered me 60k for a factory the other so fear not, charging a bit more won't be bad for business. In all seriousness though, if you are a soloer don't bother to get to the top of the architect tree because you won't have the resources to build the larger buildings. If you do however, please don't complaining about critically failing a PA Hall. If you can't afford to fail it then don't build it.

Man .. you guys are all losing so much money You need to learn your client base a bit better ... My prices :

Small - 15k

Medium - 70k

Large - 150k

Factory - 50k

PA Hall - 500k

Medium Miner - 15k mineral/solar, 30k all others

And I have no trouble selling all i can make with 17 medium miners going all out on ore and steel .. If you want to make and sell for pennies great its a player driven economy please do so. But you could make so much more money on your items

Also depends on which server your on.

Higher populated server = more architects = more competition = lower prices

Personally i think the best action i can do to combat the small house price crash is to not make small houses again , that market is just all fubar at the moment.

My prices were:

15k small (dont take any orders on these anymore, just for freinds if they want them)

50k Med

120k Lrg

50k Factory

15k Med Min Harvy/Solar

45k other med harvys

From what ive read here and checking with other archys it seems some prices are sticking.

However .. due to the recent shift in resources and harvy expences and resource inflation ive no choice but to raise my prices.

New prices will match Riekl's

If Med houses continue being degraded (im not going to state the price i saw the cheapest for) ill stop making them aswell, eventually archy will drive themselves up and out of the fubar prices and make other items that reap better profits, but it will all end when many archys are master and no longer interested in xp grinding.

Enjoy the low house prices while you can people, its not gonna last forever (due to the reason above)

I was going to suggest almostthe same thing as Drrlykk: some of my PA members still need houses, I think they'll gladly buy them for 8k and I'll be able to concentrate on something more interesting. Also, I don't mind buying your small houses for 8k - heck, even 9k - and resell them for 12k, that way I'll still have a nice 3k profit without much trouble.

Prices will continue to fall, I see no reason unless they make major changes.

1 Demand will fall because everyone that wants a house will have one, and if they decide they want a house in the future there will be plenty of people that own houses that will want to sell theirs.

2. Supply will only increase. Architects in particular will move up to med and or heavy harvesters increasing their resource, which in turn increases production.

So higher supply and lower demand means lower prices. The only way supply will decrease is when people decide to quit the profession, which I believe will happen in huge numbers within 2 months unless major change happens.

Zorph.

"continue to fall" ? My prices haven't changed 1 credit since day 1, demand is considerably heavier now then it was a week ago, I had to turn my master arch title off. If anything my prices are going up in the next day or two.

Also I am on Chilastra which is one of the heaviest loaded servers so take that for whats its worth .. You guys keep getting into this "joe is selling it for x so i need to sell it for x to compete" thats not how an economy works Joe can only sell so many units at x, and there are far more masters like myself selling structures at resonable prices with quick build times. Don't drop your prices because someone else is selling less, yours will sell !

Entirely too low.... I won't sell any of those pets for those prices.

First Kimo's can't be tamed, so don't sell them.

Rancors are a master level pet, if someone wants what I can craft its 30k+ depending on stats.

Gurrecks, nothing less than 25k

Razor cats, I've had some success breeding these, 20k+

I have to agree, 1k to 30k range. Typically it's best to do a HAM = credit price tag and modifiy a bit for rarity plus difficulty in making them, so for exampple a dewback ia around 4000HAM plus it's generally a nice pet to own thus you sell them for around 4000-5000, Jax on the other hand are very quick and simple thus you sell them for 1000 because that will help cover the cost of running around for dna more than anything.
