It's not fixed, I keep crashing out of SOE and going to a blank screen, windows at this point is not even recoverable, this has happened 6 times since downloading the new launchpad.

bah, if they tell me to reinstall I will be so mad, I didn't bring the CDs with me to college Windows XP here Sp1 + add ons (Sp2, no no, too many problems)

Yea, i keep crashing when i launch into space now, never had that problem, but the launchpad is cool, works and all, but now i crash when i launch into space, i launch from theed, get "telaported" to rori and then crash, can't recover windows after this crash, have to do a hard reboot.

Still bugged for me as well. Can't even get the graphics to load up. I don't like to whine and b*tch, but for such a small, un-needed change, this is really annoying. Especially considering that it just happened when I finished download the JTL Beta. Oh well, hopefully it'll be patched up soon.

Everything is NOT working. My launchpad keeps crashing. I can't even get the launcpad open enough to login. It updated fine for beta, but I can't log into live.

The launchpad works for JTLS beta, but not for the regular game

I'm experiencing the same problems.... I can get into jtl beta, (and the new launchpad does look sweet) but when I try to play live (regular SWG) I can't even get to the logon screen. It scans the files and then tries to load the graphics, but then at that point I get a little box telling me that launchpad.exe has generated an error and it will be closed. I tried to repair from the CD, but that didn't change anything. Is there anything I can do? Should I just keep trying to get in, or should I call it quits for the night? Has anyone been able to get onto live? Please let me know guys. BTW I'm running windows 2000.

I can't get into JTL or normal SWG, very frustrating. Anyone else seeing a connection now? Almost all of the people that are having troubles are running Windows 2000. (including myself) Wish they would just rollback to the original Launch Pad (which worked perfectly) and put in the new one after actual testing besides leaving it as is and screwing out Windows 2000 users.
