All the imps have is the tie suit, the uniform can be made by a tailor, and we cant wear the hat.

Rebels do have shirts and ubese armor jackets with the rebel logo on it, so all in all its really even for both sides.

Not to mention the rebel banner is very easy to get, and the imp one is next to impossible to get.
