Thread: Anyone else on this list of Beta testers and don't remember Beta testing JTL?
My name did show on the list though this is the first of have seen that list. To answer your question no I dont remember things being anywhere even close to the way it is now. I didnt stay all the way til the end cause I got bored not being able to go to the pvp zones cause of all the lag issues they had. But up til the time I stopped testing for them and didnt buy it either til now when I got it with RoTW it is way different and I feel like I never seen it before for the most part. but it is better than beta was for sure...

I never beta tested JTL, and infact I didn't even buy it till months after its release. The name thats on there is my forum name which is a completely random name that I picked. I don't think anyone else would pick it.
and in addition many are reporting to not be on there even when they did beta test so it sounds as if they just got the names mixed up.
hey do you guys think I could get the special edition speeder that those who preordered jtl got? 
cause if I'm a beta tester that means I must have preordered it, right? lol

Beta testing had nothing to do with preorders or buying the game. Beta was running before the game could even be bought. Your account is old enough that you would have been offered the beta, and included in it. AS to why you didn't get it....perhaps your email account moved it to spam...or your email account was out of date.

They were looking for toon names, not forum accounts. as you can see I found one of them. I didn't check the others, but I am sure they will see the same thing.

Everyone that was a vet eventually got invite to Beta test...whether they realized it or not. Only the recent ROTW beta required a preorderto get in on.

You account is old enough that you very likely did get into Beta, you just didn't get the email. Near the end, everyone that was a "vet" got into Beta. The problem was that many didn't have the newest EMail addresses in the system, or theiur email account moved the email to the junk/spam folder.
