That link starts to load then crashes explorer, multiple tries now.

I have the reverse. I tested with 2 different toons and neither of my toons' names is on the list

I got the opposite. I didBETA test JtL, but never got my name on the list there. Which felt like a sharp knife right into my back. >>

If I remember correctly, towards the end of beta they asked for people to send in the name they wanted listed. If someone sent in a name similar to one you use, that could be why you are apparently listed.

I was in the beta, but didnt use any of my regular names. Just used the generated name. Honestly i wasnt that impressed with JTL in beta and wasnt particpating very much.

Yup, I Beta'd and my name isn't up there. I don't remember being asked for my name though, and I wouldn't have submitted it anyhow, probably too busy playing. I did like the Beta, kinda fun logging in each day and not knowing what space physics would be like. Backwards flying A-Wings!

That list is probably the closed beta people, not the last few weeks of open beta on JTL.

I did closed beta and I'm listed.

Not sure how the beta-testing went (on Test server?). Could just be a person with the same name from a different server was in the Beta test.
