you should know what your talking about its 27th for sales and release... some people dont know how to read the main site. even if you did get disc on 26th you still have to wait till 27th anyways.

It would be nice, since I paid for over nite, so hopefully good 'ole Imperial Express show's up on Wed. (hehehe get it Imp express)

Normally when i preoder over the counter at EB i can pick the game up a day early. Stores always get the games at least 1 day before scheduled release.

I ordered my copy directly from LucasArts a couple of weeks ago. I received my copy of JTLS in the mail today!!!
Too bad I was on my way out the door to work when it arrived. 
Now I have to wait another 9 hours before I can get back home to try it. <lol>

can any one ACTUALLY confirm if its going to be able to be purchased at your local store tommorow or are people mis understanding this and its going live tommorow preorders might get tommorow and sales is on wendsday

Amazon.co.uk now officially states their release date as November 5th. My order sheet says dispatched on November 4th. Price is £16.99.
Im going to keep the pre-order there until Friday and ill go down my local GameStation and see if i can pick up a copy there. If not then i suppose i'll HAVE to wait till November 5th for my copy

If you go buy the offcial release date from Activision who are publishing it in the UK then it is the 12th of November. Because thats what they say, it might change again but thats what they told the UK distributer on Friday and I made them check again today and its still the 12th. You can say what amazon says until your blue in the face but What I am telling you is first hand from myself who spoke on the phone to my supplier today and they said 12th, but as I said it might change again.

I called my local EB shop here in Virginia. The guy told me it would be in by noon on Oct 26 and I could pick up my preorderd copy anytime. Thats what the guy told me so dont flame for no reason. Just throwing in my 2 cents.

I went around all the shops in my town today. It seems none of the major UK chains (GAME, Gamestation, etc), or for that matter, the indieshave JtL listed for this week, although several websites, including GAME have it listed for the 29th. Games are released on fridays in this the UK because thats when the main chains EPOS systems update to ALLOW them to sell them, they usually get the stock delivered on tuesdays or thursdays. IF the game is delivered this week its not on any of the lists, Ive been told its possible it might turn up in a shipment tomorrow, and if it does, ill get a phonecall.
If stock does appear some time this week, and you are looking for somewhere to buy it as soon as the servers go live, good luck. Your best bet are either the indie shops who will sell it as soon as they get it in stock, or a Dixons group store (Dixons, PC world), they wont put it up on the shelf till friday, but their salles system lets them sell it before the friday, so ask them.

I dont know what rock youve been living under but games have always been released on tuesdays since the beggening of time. They also 90% of the time arrive in stores late afternoon of that tuesday, ive bought them myself.
So depending on your location it will either come late tommorow or if your unlucky wednesday but you cant play tell wednesday so whats the diff?

Strange really considering you havernt read the above post. Games in the UK are released on a FRIDAY not a Tuesday. This whole thread even tho' its not stated is about the UK release of the game, not the US. So depending on his location, which I would think is the UK (seeing as he stated GMT as his time) he wont be seeing his game by Wednesday at all, in truth he will be very lucky if he see's it come Friday.

If you read the launch pad it says you can activate your JTL on tuesday if you have the disk.
