I followed this sites recomendations to order from EBGames!
this action cost me extra money but i figured it was
ok since i would be getting my Flash speeder.
this is awful!

i did the same, just got off the phone with EBgames and i can second confirm that those ordering internationally!!WILL NOT!!be getting any promo!!!
i canceld my order for 2 copies of JTL, and i haveprobably will not renew my 3 swg-accounts :/ as i cannot stand this behaviour!
A game is supposed to be fun, this isoutrageous and unacceptable behaviour!
nowhereon ebgames was it stated that the promo did not ship internationally!
my reciept stated i ordered JTL With Bonus!! i got a screenshot!!!!!
i cant believe this is happening! why walk over us like this?

Jedi Knight 3 Is seemingly getting alot better than SWG now...
customer service here is so incredibally horrible, I cannot believe it.

its a real shame!
we even have to pay 17.5% EU tax to play,
you would think ordering from europe quite a
few weeks in advance would qualify you for the bonus,
but i guess our money is piss to some and they even
send the pack without bothering to mention
its without the promo!

Yes it is a shame.
Whats even more sadening is the American attitude towards international players.
They're having a grand ole time in the other threads spitting onnonAmericansand laughing it up.
Seems like its a rally cry for them.. they've screwed another non-American.. Yippie.

:/ well, a lot of players that ordered from EBgames and wont be getting their bonus disc are going to be pretty pissed of, after all 80% or something dont even read forums.

First off, I left UO after 7 years, and never fail every expansion left international players behind, they missed out on rewards, housing, events everything.
Second off (lol, if you watched napolean dynomite you will understand ) I pre-ordered the game on the 15th for store pick-up... two copies... let me tell you if I dont get my 2 flash speeders, I wont even get upset, what I will do, and I SUGGEST YOU ALL DO IF POSSIBLE... is call eb games and tell them if you arent going to receive what was advertised then you will cancel payment... I have been able to call the 1-800 number on the back of my visa check card and dispute a payment on 2 occasions.

Giving us the flash speeders is free, its just pixels.
Not giving us the flash speeder can become costly when charges get reversed.
Last off
No speeders= 2 free copies of JTL for me

Guys - This whole thing about not entering key code before a certain date is rubish !
Im British and pre-ordered my game from Gamestop - Emailed them about wheres my speeder and i got this -
Dear Customer,
The bonus disk will be sent with the actual game for international orders.
All emailed information will still be sent on time.

Well so did I and they said that I wont get it, yet the SOE site clearly says the offer is available on the pre=order link page. Can someone from SOE sort this mess out, please

Hey man, don't be sorry for being from Europe, this whole thing stinks. Even the fact that for a dev to come into these forums (which they tell us they do all the time) would clearly see what the main topic of concern is and still nothing is said by them on the matter to clear it up.
I mailed Gamestop about my order and they said I would get the Bonus Disk but there was no mention of any Key Code. I think I'm just gonna cancel my order anyway cause there seems to some issue with getting a US JTL to work with a UK SWG.
And to confirm what some other guys said, if you bought over the internet with a credit card then they cannot bill you for it untill they ship.
