Well I remember in one of the Press release one of the Devs talkeda bout the YT and how the inside was great and how they had someone firing from the bottom turret while the other fired from the top.... this could me it is upgradable to have2 turrets

The ship can always be upgraded with parts. Who knows, with some nice weapons, armor, a good engine, ect., the Yacht may be a kick-ass combat craft.

i look forward to seeingthe LY-3000 in action as a fully updraded ship... but i plan on mostly using it as a house from what i hear you can stroe stuff in it and decorate it just like a house... i wanna know how much stuff can be put in it
but yes it needs to be combat worthy but most my combat will be done witha fighter of some type... not sure wht one though depends on whats out at launch and/or a YT-1300 fully upgraded

O.K. Two guess what the LY in LY-3000 stand for!?!?!
I don't know about you guy's but I want this expansion to be realistic (as poss anyway). I imagin it will be a very customizable craft, but hopefully will be balanced (i.e. a couple of turrets at the expense of shielding, etc)

you guys can upgrade your yachts, i'll hang onto my TIE Iterceptor, or if thave them in the game (which they shouldn't) TIE Advanced x1. speaking of which, seeing as they will have hyperdrive capability for personal vehicals...how are the TIE series witht he exception of the TIE Advanced x1, going to be able to transport through space sectors?(may bea redundant question, haven't read too much on JTL)

They better make this sweet ship good, Lando did. I hope very much that we can modify it extensivly. Straight from the source they mentioned (pages 82-83):
