Well, meaning that SOE doesn't care much for the timeline; No Galactic Civil War, Jedis running rampant like rabbits, and stuff from episode 3, etc. They might as well put in the deathstar, and while their at it, include stuff from kOTOR too, if they haven't already

Well, the CU added the Czerka Dart carbine. Czerka features prominently in both KOTOR games, iirc.

Well realy we don't see the other side of Endor (Endor is a small moon) I guess the Empire is hiding it there.

I remember correctly from one of the books the 2nd deathstar was built in large sections in another system, I wanna say it was Kessel but not possitive, its been a few years. Anyway, the large seconds were moved to Endor for the final constuction. Maybee someone here knows for sure. But yes the deathstar should be under constuction at this time.

The first Death Star was built behind the "Maw" which is the largest of the Black Holes in the Kessel System. It was built behind that so that ships couldn't fly in behind the hole without LOTS of difficulty, so of course that means that it couldn't be detected or destroyed very easily. But yes, I assume the second Death Star was built in other systems and shiped and pieced togeahter in the Endor System.

I would assume that, if the Devs decide to push the timeline forward, they could add the DS over Endor as "art"..in the same sense as the planets. With maybe some explanation as to why we can't fly too close to it. /shrug

EXACTLY! Guys there is no timeline. Only all the things meshed together. But this is a game, not the movies. As I recall you can fly in the "Jedi Starfighter" but whats this? Seems like there were none when luke killed the DS. funny...I recall just doing a missin from him, but hese a jedi...

And another thing, people, have you *ATTEMPTED* to write programs? Do you know what its like for the devs? It just ticks me off that so many people want this and that but due to the structure and "largness" of the game, it takes months to enter in a new code into the program and the time to MAKE IT. You act like you can sit down with a speeker box, speak into it, and its imprinted into the game. LOL! Now im not exactly "flaming" anyone here. Or anyone in general, im "telling" whoever is anrgy with the devs,to just shutup because when*YOU* can write the perfect game, then I will admit im an idiot, and slam my face into the ground and bow to you.

Remember, Luke was not a Jedi during this period. He had a lightsaber and could kinda sorta manipulate the force, but he had not yet been to Dagobah.

If SOE mad a Deathstar expansion in a couple of years can you imagine what would happen to the population on other planets. They would become ghost towns. everyone and there mother would be on the deathstar, fighting over the emperors throne room and what about the quest possibilties?

If there ever is a death star i think it should be the hardest part of the game ever made, you cant just waltz into the deathstar and leave at will unless your an imp. I feel the same about imps going to rebel bases and such.

Besides, one of the Rebel squadrons (Crimson Phoenix) has a storyline which hints at something big going on in Endor space ... and I think we KNOW what that is!

hey nate. guess what. we all pay a monthly fee. im sure the devs are makin loads off this game. and you know what? why shouldnt they work for that money? they are PAID to program this game for us. thats their JOB. if its hard, well they can find a new job. we all play this game. if we want changes, we ask the devs. thats why we pay a monthly fee.

Glzmo was a great visionary. Perhaps SOE should have listened to him instead of rebuilding everything all the time.

As we saw the skeleton of the first death star at the end of episode 3, we can think building a death star require 20 years. So the second death star should be visible somewhere around Endor, but only if all the building process occures around Endor. Maybe the second death star has been moved around Endor in its final stage of construction ?

That wasn't the Death Star. That was the Great Federation Weapon or some such name. It served as the prototype for the actual Death Star 1 which would be completed not long before Episode 4. That's what took so long, the prototyping and testing, not the actual construction.

The Second Death Star is built(at least partially)in approximately 2-3 years,IIRC, according to the official storyline.

just to add my two cents, but there are images presumably not used inthe finished version ofROTS,where you can see both Death Star I & II being built at the same time, surrounded by early ISD. With DS1 nearly fully complete and the much larger DS2 which is still in itsvery early construction phase. The image i believe was in a News of the World Star Wars special supliment that was put out a week or so before it was released. But i'm sure thefull facts will appear on the starwars.com database soon enough.
