Not necessarily. Only one bleed off of any one shot type will stick (so different types of shots with the same kind of bleed will stack, but multiple hits with the same shot won't) -- but if you score a more damaging one than was already applied, it will overwrite the less damaging one, and the bleed will continue with the more damaging bleed.
oh and AS1 & 2 stack... to kill a rebel with 7000 HAM i would legshot2,AS1.AS2,leg2.leg2...fall back a little...wait for the bleed to hit...usually takes a good chunk out of them...then continue to legshot or another AS if they come runnin up on me...
that takes care of them.....
all i noticed about AS2...it pisses off all the mobs around the target you were shooting for...more like a little crowd control...it may or may not hit surrounding enemies (usually makes em bleed too) making them kneel...
hope this helps a little...
I am on my way to becoming a BH and i was wondering if it would be possible for me to make my own weapons. I know that with skill points i could do it, but would i be able to make good weapons. Would i have to be a master or close to master to make good weapons? Please someone help me.
Oh, and dont get me wrong, you all do a great job but i just need something different to do and i though that this might be worth trying while i kill, kill, kill, and kill on my way to novice bounty hunter.
It's not really worthwhile for a BH to go into Weaponsmithing. If you're going to master BH, that's 217 skill points, leaving only 33 to spend in other places. you need 35 to get Novice Weaponsmith, so every skill you'd take in Weaponsmithing would be a BH skill you'd have to give up.
I know that i cant stay a weaponsmith but im talking about only going up the rows that i need to. I can go as far as makin a LLC and a scatter pistol. What i want to do is after i make them i will stop and give up the skills for the BH skills.
I just need to know if the weapons that i make will be good enough. What determines a good weapon, is it the supplies used or the skill of the crafter. In other words, do i have to be a master or near master to make great weapons?
I have the skill point thing worked out but i just need to know if i should try to do it.
Weaponsmithing is definitely not a "dabbling profession." It takes a lot of dedication, and frankly, it will take you practically 12 hours worth of pure unadultered grinding to get an even semi decent LLC or scatter pistol. You're better off buying from an actual weaponsmith.
