Try moving it to a different weapon slot on your ship if it has more, or maybe if you move it from your current ship to another.

Hi, i am having real problems getting my tractor beam to work. was given it by Captain Koh, and im now trying to do Corellia, damaged freighter mission. It wont work when i fire it, I have tried everything. Tried contacting SOE customer support, nothing, tried doing ticket, nothing, tried phoning [from UK] to support, nothing

Getting very frustrated that there is noone from Sony around to help. has anyone any ideas?????
