SOE has said that the offer is only if pre-ordering from EB Games or Gamestop. I'd have to assume that GAME does not have that offer and you'd have to order from either EB Games or Gamestop to get the specials.

GAME In England, use to be EB But brought them out and took them over here.... however im not preordering from America......... as i have it preordered here
