I think the spot he's talking about is the Isryn's Veil hyperspace point. I have had the same exact problem, and its growing worse. When I try to run Tier2 rebel missions off dant, these tier 3 ships are ganking me and I've died more times than I'd like to count. This hyperspace point and the areas near the dant space base and rebel missions need to be pruned of these higher level tier3s for the safety of the missions and reaching the dant base!
