Afterjumping in from Naboo to a "Low Danger" jump point in the Dantooine system(which I forgot the name of) I was quickly overwhelmed by a swarm of tier 3 ships. Within a matter ofa fewseconds my ship was destroyed.
Areas that are designated as "Low Danger" should not be swarming with deadly ships at the jump point. Because you can not jump to a space station (and that is by design)there should at leastbe a clear pathto the space staton from the point whereyou jumped in at. How dangerous ships are to youis relitive to your skill and ships capabilties. That being the case classifitng an area as Low Danger or High Danger or any shade in between has little meaning because, once again
it is all relitive.
We need to have somedegree of certainty as to what we are getting into before we jump somewhere, as it stands this is not the case. The problem is being addressed with missions, but the issue also needs to be addressed with jump points.

Whoops. Looks like the AI isso good that they're starting to take over other areas without me knowing. Looking into it. Thanks!

I got a good one for ya, I was on patrol, some nearby Imp.'s happen to come by and help out their buddies (it happens sometimes, the dangers of space). Well I was get'n my back side handed ot me on a platter, so I did the little insystem hyper jump to try to get away, going to the hs point closest to my base. It seemed like the guys jumped right behind me and would not give up on me. I thought this was kinda neat, even tho they disable'd me.

I think that is a "typical" mood for the zone, but as well all know, even a dark jedi master 250k ham can show up on the dant MO... becareful wherever you travel, for danger lurks in dark places...

Yeah, the AI is pretty neat.....I was on patrol and three TIE fighters swooped in and shot up me up good (took out about half my shields) Then I went to half-throttle, swung around and started shooting....I hit the leader and he sends me a message over the comm channel...
"Cease Fire, I'm an Imperial Pilot"
Mind you this is AFTER he and his squad attempted to kill me.....ROTFL

No matter what zone you go to, you should have a clear path. I went to Dath zone so I could head to the village. I'm a lowly 1111 pilot - not good for Dath space, but I took a chance. Within 1500 from the space station I got jumped. They cool thing about this, I learned you don't lose buffs when you die in space.

I got jumped by these guys coming into Dant. I believe they were 3 Force Assassins. They hit pretty hard for Tier 3. I did not make it to the station...
They are smack in the middle of the flight path to the station everytime I come in. Although they are a danger, I really don't mind as they add a bit of excitement.

FYI it is possible for Tier 2/3s to be pulled towards things like the stations. We once arrived pretty damaged from a mission at the naboo system, headed for the Naboo station and got jumped by Tier 3s.
The droids from the Scintilla area can also be pulled closer to the station, although they tend to resist a bit.
