That's not my point...my point is that they keep adding more and more content to the game (most of it bugged, mind you) instead of fixing what they already have. If they fix half the bugged content so people could actually participate in it, it would make the game more fun. This added content, as I see it, is just an excuse to not fix what we already have. It's a lot easier to make something new, than fix something old.

Completely agree with you there. These publishes that are coming out right now are hotfixes for little things. I've been around since launch and I have yet to see a really large scale revamp of a system that needs it.

I don't agree that the entire game needs a revamp, there are some things that I like a lot, but they need to take a different approach at these publishes. Don't just fix bugs, change the system the way the majority wants, listen to polesetc.

But I do have to say the community service reps need some serious training on what is in the game, how it works, how to actually help people as well instead of the canned "That's a known issue, submit a ticket". I do think Garva stays on top of stuff and really deals with it well, but he's not a CSR for the game.

Anyway that's my rant about it.

Yeah I agree with you guys.

But I must say that pub 23 and 24 are really good publishes, which are focused on fixing things and balancing the game more
I hope they keep doing that for a few publishes and then add capital starships when space is ready for em

Agreed!

That's what happens when big corporations outsource their customer service. Not sure if SOE has...but i'd bet you dollars for donuts they have.
