As well you should! I think that every Reb pilot, regardless of race, should be able to wear them....but the point here is if the Devs follow what they've done in the past (i.e. the Imperial Hat), NO ONE will get to wear a Flight Helmet. As I said above - if the coding and artwork is complete for some races right now - at least let them use the Helmet to begin with. As new code is written for other races, include that as part of later patches/publishes.
Don't letthis become an "all or nothing" situation...because as the Imperial Hat problem has proved...you will get exactly that -NOTHING for a verylong time.
Just remember,this is THE iconic Flight Helmet for Rebel Pilots - it should have taken artwork/coding priority over new emotes, artwork to make sure that chefs hats worked with "hammerheads", and even such things asPrivateer 'Ace' helmet rewards. Just doesn't make sence to me that things like these are included (really - how many "hammerhead" chefs are there?) while true Star Wars content is brushed aside.

Ask and ye shall receive. I started digging around the forums trying to find the old pic that I saw before of it, but couldn't find it for the life of me. Even did a few google images searches to see if I could hit anything with that, but still came up empty handed. In the end I had to open up the .tre files and modify it myself to get it in game.
Keep in mind that the colors on these might not be exactly what you'll have with the real thing, since I had to use composite and ubese armor to replace with the helmets and jackets.

Remember the line that leia used calling han a "scruffy looking nerf hearder"? Well, that's what she was talking about. I found him while I was digging around in the .tre files looking for a nice jacket and hat to replace with the new ace equipment. The Nerf uses a horse skeleton (moves like a Gualama) and also is complete with it's own sounds.Message Edited by Blu_Haze on 10-26-2004 08:10 PM

Yeah that thing looks completly different from the nerfs in Battlegrounds.
