Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but the way I'm interpreting this data is:

The Pre-Order Key is the one you got on the Beta Installer jewel case that came in the mail back when you preordered the game.

The Retail Key is the one that will come in the official box in the mail. (Some people apparently already have this.)

To get your flash speeder, you need to enter the Pre-Order Key as though you were signing up for the beta. Tiggs provided a link at the top. That's the first link. Don't worry if you already were in the beta; you can use the key anyway. I did, and it worked for me.

To enable JtL, you need to enter the Retail Key. Use the second link she provided. If you do not have the Retail Key yet, be patient; your box will arrive.

But that means tha tall europeans are screwed even if they ordered it from a US shop and paid double costs just to get the game delivered overseas... What should I say? Nice way of 'making' money...

The pre-order special was only from EBGames and GameStop. If you pre-ordered from either of these and had it shipped to you then the answer is yes, you will get your flash speeder.
