You only get the flash speeder if you ordered from EB or Gamestop. You have to have the Promo CD (Beta) and the real game in order to actually get it. If you don't have these you don't get the speeder.
This has NOTHING to do with SOE it was a EB and Gamestop Promo ONLY.

The Pre-Order Key is the one you got on the Beta Installer jewel case that came in the mail back when you preordered the game.
The Retail Key is the one that will come in the official box in the mail. (Some people apparently already have this.)
To get your flash speeder, you need to enter the Pre-Order Key as though you were signing up for the beta. Tiggs provided a link at the top. That's the first link. Don't worry if you already were in the beta; you can use the key anyway. I did, and it worked for me.
To enable JtL, you need to enter the Retail Key. Use the second link she provided. If you do not have the Retail Key yet, be patient; your box will arrive.

The pre-order special was only from EBGames and GameStop. If you pre-ordered from either of these and had it shipped to you then the answer is yes, you will get your flash speeder.

ok, thats all the information regarding the flashspeeders. Stop crying about it please, its getting old having to repeat it 5000000 times.

Thats not the case. The Flashspeeder was a promotion for EB Games and Gamestop ONLY. SOE has nothing to do with it.
However if you did preorder before the 14th and didn't get you Promo CD (Beta) you need to contactEB or Gamestop,because you technically rate that CD, and you have to have it in order to get the FlashSpeeder.

I just called gamestop and they said that if you didn't purchase on or before the 14th you don't get the promo code hope that helps people out.

Actually, I pre-ordered through EB and when I was ordering it, I was told that they have a limited number of pre-order bonus CD's. They were first come, first serve. So, it is possible that some pre-order people didn't get the bonus CD because they were out of them. I don't know if they ran out or not.
I did however get mine and I was even able to use the flash speeder in beta like many other people. It is really not that great. I do like the looks of it, but I really didn't like the speed or terrain negotiation. It seems to have the speed of the Landspeeder with the terrain negotiation of the swoop bike. I didn't however test it in the hills against a landspeeder. But, I did try to follow someone on a swoop and they walked away from me so fast it wasn't even funny.

Yea it may not be that good but its something. Why would I preorder something and wait/pay for shipping when I can go to the store if there is no incentive.
True that some people may not live in a small town like me but hey what can I say.
