Thread: Any of you pre-ordered JTL from EBgames.com and has not received yet your copy?

I'm in the UK, still haven't received my pre-order copy from Gamestop. My friend that lives 30 mins up the road received his on Friday 29th. God knows where my copy went, I ordered mine 2 months before his, just my luck!

Come on people if you order it online, and use the free or cheap shipping, its going to take awhile to get to you. They dont send out preorders early, they ship the same day as the retail launch.
If you did same day shipping you will get it launch day, its all about the type of shipping you picked.

They sent mine to the wrong address but I finally got the beta disks


However I just registered the account key and.....it still wont enable JTL. Then I also read something about EBGames disks and problems with flashspeeders and about re-issuing account keys to fix it in theHolocron customer service knowledge base.


Looks like I'm going to have to make some phone calls

I pre-ordered my copy from GameStop when I signed up for Beta over a month ago. I got it on the 27th (my birthday!) but I didn't get the Flash speeder. So, apparently, the pre-order gift wasn't for all pre-orders. No loss to me, but oh well. =)

Pre-ordered from EBgames.com -- Beta CD showed up on time, but missing CD Key. Second disk arrived a couple of days before JTL went live. Still haven't gotten the full game.

Pre-ordered from Gamestop.com -- Missed beta CD deadline, full game arrived on Wednesday the 27th. Received an e-mail earlier this week with an additional CD key to unlock the Flash Speeder, and an apology. I'm not doing business with EBgames.com any more unless I have to.
