I complained, alot on their website and got pretty good customer service. But then I used the web to order. In the end they UPSed it to me, aweek late but I got it.

Wait a few days. I have a feeling the devs will give everyone with JTL installed a flash speeder.

Nothing like getting screwed really hard for the people that pre-ordered. I not only have to pay more and wait for a week or so after release, butthen my insentive for pre-ordering is handed out to everyone. Yeah, that would be a good choice for SOE to make.
Again, lesson learned, never pre-order a Sony product and for gods sake don't dare do it from EB Games.

I ordered my first copy with overnight shipping and it arrived the very day JTL went live. I ordered a second copy at around the same time for my second account with the much cheaper ground shipping option and according to the tracking data I expect it to arrive tuesday.
Oh and just be glad you didn't order from gamestop... new releases always seem to take 4 weeks to be delivered. Thats why I don't buy from them anymore.

I pre ordered with the cheap ground shipping, it still hasnt arrived. I did recieve the beta disk about 3 days after ordering (before it went live) so I got to play beta for a week or so. I have 2 accounts, so I went and picked up a copy ...still waiting on the first one though. LOL whats the point in pre ordering when the store gets it before you could get it delivered! too funny.
No im not mad, im just stupid for not overnighting it or picking it up in store.
Would i order from ebgames again? hell yes
Would I pick it up instore? hell yes
Would i get cheap shipping? hell no

This is exactly the reason I chose in store pick up.
Sad thing is people that ordered them from starwars.com got them on the 25th.
Yeah the pre-order disk is hard to get at eb, none were shipped with the games.

I am glad I chose overnight shipping. I got mine on the 27th.
