I'm saying they read the forums. But it is impossible for them to read all the threads. They might have read this, but you won't get a response since they never respond to new ideas directly. That's always done through the correspondent. Since the JTL forum doesn't have a correspondent, you'll need to repost it in the pilot forum.

There are 1000's of subscribers and only a 100 people on the team, they can't engage in 1 on 1 conversations with everyone who has an idea.
