Hey TH, can we put vendors in ships? I think that would be cool for the bar when I open up my buisness.

Yes, you can put furniture and anything else you could place in a player structure on the ground.

You can only launch one multiplayer ship at a time though and you can only have "stuff" in one multiplayer ship at a time. So If you are flying around in your YT-1300 and want to land and Head out on the Yacht, you will have to empty the first vehicle of all it's items. Otherwise players would load up both ships and it would lead to a lot of dead database space.

alright, thanks for the heads up TH

That has to be open to exploiting...

What happens when a couple people decide to block access (or escape) from something in their big, bad, intergalactic RV?

Devs have stated the effects of collision in space. I don't think you will be able to "block" anything.

Oh, and to everyone worried about not paying for 6 months strait and not getting the reward, I asked a csr about having a 3-5 day period where my account is not active,he said I'll still get it. You just can't have like a 60-day break and expect to get it.

You qualify - - we allowed for things like that when we coded the veteran flags...not a lot, but just enough for people who ran into situations like this.

So we have a ship we can decorate, but if we want to run missions or anything else we have to take out all decorations and find another place to store stuff? As if storage isnt enough of an issue now. I hope you have the asbestosundies handy.

Rereading a bit...maybe this means you can leave deco in one multiplayer ship and still use a fighter w/o undecorating?

seems like you'll still be able to use other fighters, but if you want to launch your YT-1300 or other multipassenger ships then you'll have to empty the ship you just decorated

you lost me on this one...let me see if this is correct.

I have the yacht and I have it decorated and I own a imperial shuttle with nothing in it. I can't launch the imperial shuttle as long as the yacht has items in it???

Correct.

This is also correct - - this rule applies to multiplayer vehicles only.

/Cheers ....

I take it since it's not a combat ship with all the Lando upgrades that the cert for it will be only novice pilot then too, am I right?

Oh and also....
Now that we know this is not a combat ship but a Vet eye candy reward that I'm sure no one would want to delete.. Could it be possible that this ship not count as one of our two slot ships?

I don't think that's an unreasonable request do you?

Why are there so many issues with this database? I hate to sound mean or whatever, but as big of a problem storage is on the ground, who's going to even WANT to bother with decorating a ship when each time one wants to use a different ship, they have to undecorate?

This won't be a problem for the few that will use only one ship, but the harsh reality is, is that this is a HUGE annoyance...

So what you're saying is the vet ship is a total waste of time and space? Why wouldn't we get the better mp ships (not gonna reveal what they are obviously). This is really, really disheartening.

I'm sure the art guys spent a lot of time getting this thing to look as amazing as it does.. and it does. I want to fly around in it and live in it even but there's no point if it means I can't decorate my other mp ship.

What's going to happen after we all get our hands on the upgradeable, higher-level mp ships is this ship will never be used again by most players.. perhaps even deleted. I think that's really sad a total waste of time for you guys.

Please consider other options! For example, you could require us to donate lots to additional mp ships. I will gladly fork over a couple lots if it means I can decorate an extra mp ship.

I must say invulnerable = bad idea. I can see unarmed maybe to be a party boat only, but invulnerable means with this ship you can explore any dangerous area with impunity, making exporation have zero challenge, just seems like a mistake. It would be like giving veterans invulnerable composite on the ground where they cant attack with it on. Would'nt that be lame maybe even ruining some aspects of the game?
