yeah difficulty does not seem to mean the level of the Mob. I'd work up the other trees a bit more if I was you.

Does "General Ranged/Speed/Accuracy" modifiers work with the Heavy Weapons modifiers?


I would assume so, but you know what they say about people who assume...

Yeah, i figure heavy weapons is like pistols or carbines etc.


Im trying to stack my General figures along with my Heavy Weapons numbers to get a figure. If they dont stack then there will be a big change in using the Commando skill line.

Thanks appreciate the feedback. Im looking to put together a rather offensive template that im really seething at.


MDef: +250

RDef: +235

WAcc: +205

WSpd: +114


I was wondering the damage compared to Master Rifles. Master Commando back in the day could whoop but im sure they got nerfed.



I noticed theres no more "specials" in the line. So its important that you max out another ranged profession to make the most of the Commando line and since there is no other classes that add to Heavy Weapons, you need to stock up a ton on CA/AAs and General. That was kinda my understanding. Even then, you will still need weapons that ave max's well over 1000 to compensate against other classes that have mutiple lines that can support it like Carbineer and Bounty Hunting and Marksman.


Just wondering what some great MCo weapons were maxing out as.

A while back (i havent played SWG in 6-8 months now... just returning since i saw the CU finally came out) there was a website called padawan.net or something along those lines that had an interface/thingy to build a jedi template, are jedi skills still the same? and if not is there a new version of this to where i can see what jedi abilities are and what the profession/skill boxes look like?


Also... of the three saber types (1h, 2h, polearm) which is best now? and is MLS still good for any jedi?

I'm just returning to the game after being inactive for about 6-8 months. I returned expecting the Combat upgrade to have fixed everything (and i guess it has) but people are saying melee professions suck now, which i hate hearing since i've always been into the melee profs more than the ranged ones.


So... is pikeman good? Simple question i guess... I was going to respec fencer (always liked fencer) but looking at the skills and such now, and from comments from other people, it's not looking so good... Pikeman looks like it'd be nice for the AoE/multi-target attacks for grinding to jedi (my goal eventually) since i've heard all grinding has to be done in groups now...


Just need some advice, i cant figure out which way to go now that the CU has changed everything

most go for 0404 in sabers for power hit as MLS aint that great when it should be

TKA 2000 (just for meditation i guess, powerboost gives 500 hp which looks like it'd help)


how will that do? I'm mostly looking into grinding/pve, not really pvp much. Trying to get to jedi i guess.

can you drop some of the combat prowess,enhanced reflexes boxes to gain sk back to put in jedi ??



try to ban the A.K., i got ten of them stashed with a case of hand grenades.

what type of armor pieces can jedi wear post-cu and wich pre-cu ?(i forgot)

was it mabari belt / ubese shirt ?

I know you can't wear the belt and Ihink you can wear the shirt but I'm not sure
