That depends on how you define a good lva... The ideal option would be to use some really good looted Nightsister Vibro Units. There has been some debating in here, whether it was a good payoff to use vibro units like that, in std weapons like LVAs, VKs etc.. Some people argued that they'd only use them in the fabled Nightsister Energy Lance weapon, that specifically require these units.
Those aside, looting 4 identical Vibro Units from some of Nym's lot is also a good idea.
Finally, there is the old fashioned, and of course, most used way: homecrafted stuff. If you have the resources for it, ie good Desh and Platinite Copper, by all means, go for the advanced. On my server, good Desh AND Platinite (good in the sense of high UT) haven't been around for a while. And, as also noted on this board before, they have caps on the stats. So 400 UT Desh is actually serverbest
In my case, I make advanced, just on the off chance. But they are usually only but a few points better than their non advanced counterparts. So I'd say go for the adv, but until you've got the resources, std will do fine.
As always, loot determines if it is a really good LVA or just a very good crafted one.

until you take the pearls out of the adk saber
No, will they return to full condition? That doesn't make sense if they return to like 1111/1111 and then when I take them out of the saber they go to 950/1111.. Is that right?

your pearls do not decay nor reset their values when you put them into an ADK saber. They simply stay at the condition they were at when you put them in till you take them out and use them in a non ADK saber. Hope that is what you wanted to know m8

Area2 is slightly more powerful (2.75x vs 2.5x). Looks cooler, too.
