Yeesh, a Dev still hasn't replied to this? That's just plain sad.

Nothing about a joystick being required in there
It's a good sign, at least!

You might be able to get footpedals (come with some joystick setups, or driving wheel setups) and assign some some of the keyboard controls like yaw and pitch to those. Or one of those 80's virtual hand joysticks (you know, those old retro gloves)if those are still compatible with Windows. I think if the devs even gave you a spreadsheet of exactly what devices are compatible with JtL it would help you a lot to find what to do.

Game Commander is great for commands that don't require extreme precision. For example, I can use it to change weapons in many games, but it's too inaccurate to fire a weapon. I also wouldn't use it for movement, jumping, etc.

Thanks everyone for keeping this message going! The tips and advice are great from community. I only wish a Dev would take a little time and at least acknowledge this is an issue they are looking into. I dont think anyone with a disability should be limited to shipwright to enjoy JTL, in my opinion.

We, the SWG Community, request that an official response be given to the original poster of this thread. Please take a moment out of your time to reply with an official answer. The lack of anofficial answer is indicative of eitherlittleregard for this issue or theinability to understandandprovide an answer. Either way, an official answer would foster goodwill. Further avoidance of responding will, of course, do very little for SOE's and specifically SWG's corporate image.

I agree that a public answer/response would go a long way in a show of goodwill on SOE's part.
