last time I checked the caps for each tier was.....
1xxx = 600k
2xxx = 1 mil
3xxx = 2 mil
4xxx = 4 mil
master = 4 mil
But as I said, that was the last time I checked the xp caps.....1 week after CU went live....so it might have changed.

FS XP caps at 5.1 million FS XP per tree (ie all of Combat Prowess) I know because I hit it during my grind by accident, I wasn't paying attention to the amount of XP I had. So the cap is large enough to bank all of your FS XP and train when you unlock your sixth branch

im AS 4003 atm, well my alt is, just wondering what the cap on xp is, and whats the cap at master?

The cap is your current highest skill * 2 as far as I recall.
The cap at master is 120.000.

a bit confused.
i know there used to always be a hard cap on XP. even if u earned it when u had more boxes. i.e. u cant ever have more than double the highest box u have, so if u have say 0000 in an elite proff. u cap at 350k xp. ok fine.
then i am pretty sure it was changed long ago, and once u got the XP, u did not lose it.u were able tocap XP in say rifles, drop rifles and get carbs, but u kept your 1.2 mill XP.
So, say i want to regrind from 0004 to 4000 elite prof , and if i store 900k xp, i should be able to drop the 4 boxes and retrain right up to 3000. i KNOW I HAVE DONE THIS. I KNOW IT.
also, atm, i have NO pistols at ALL, and i still have about 800k xp from when i DID have pistols.
but it seems now, that the hard cap is back. i banked about 790k xp at 0003 (yes i am sure, not only 700k like it shoudl be were there a cap
and wanted to reget 3000 (one would need 775k for this) , but i found i was unable too. i trained up too 2000 and found i had left EXACTLY 250k xp left. jsut like it used to be, i lost XP as i trained.

true, i have not really changed my temp much over teh past 6 months, and have not grinded much so for all i now this is really old news hehe.

The "Ctrl+S" window is buged. Mine shoes Pistol XP at 900000 and the onscreen progress bar showes 88,949 after training through Pistoleer 0/0/0/3

I thought this might be about the problem with a first melee elite where the cap is less than needed for the first box ... at Novice TKA and 0003 Marksman, I capped at 50k, needing 60k for 0001 TKA.
