Thread: New Addon announced but major JTL-Bugs still exist. Does that make sence for you?

While Browsing through the forum i found that many Bugs are known and even reported by many Players.
But what is SOE doing? Announcing another Addon.
I payed for the JTL. It has many Bugs. I am Shipwright and know many things that dont work as they should and other that need to be balanced.
But now for SOE it was necessary to publish GCW.We all know that since the GCW Publish one Hotfix follows the other. The last big Hotfix for GCW they just called Publish 14 ROFL
But what about fixing the many JTL Bugs? nothing? Made the money, selling the Addon and thats it? Why do they look on other things and publish them causing new Bugs instead of fixing Stuff fromAddonthat was sold?
At least i miss some official Statements to many bugs and how they will be handeled or if they just let them as they are? Just read the Shipwright Bug/Issue Thread many things reported month ago and nothing happend.
Perhaps we should get some Information about the JTL Bugs and a time period when we can expect some fixing on them instead of talking about new Addons.

What bothers me is that they assured the community before JTL's release that there would be 2 separate teams for the ground game and JTL. From what I'm seeing JTL has been completely neglected by ALL devs since it's release. Okay, so they add a mission every once in a while but other than that are they really doing any more work on JTL? It's a shame because JTL has so much potential that has not been realized yet.

I don't know what bugs you are refering to, everything works fine here. The only thing i think JTL is short and more would be very welcome is content (which is being added in the expansion)
Some ppl just like to complain, doesn't matter what as long as you are complaining.

pls read the thread i just quoted.... the most things mentioned in there still exist and nothing has been fixed or changed....
Do u really think that mark I-V druid brain upgrades should have all the same speed bonus. It makes no sense at all to put adruid brain upgradeMark V in a Mark V DruidinterfaceThis is not a bug that let u stuck or crash your client but its something done wrong and not yet fixed... only one of many examples.....
The Need to close and reopen the Window for Shipmanagement because after you load one launcherthe second launcheris most time not loadable? not a bug.... next example...

Lemme see...
- When you unload a missile launcher from one ship, many times you need to log in and out to be able to requip it
- Neutral's can not enter deepspace declared due to the Neutral Deep Space station not taking delcared individuals, and the Rebel and Imperial stations do a check for the corresponding factional prestige
- When you overload a ship with the wrong set of programs and your reactor cannot handle the power... even after a repair you can remain disabled even with sufficient power until you have either redeeded your ship or logged out for over 20 mins to reset your toon
- After a Neutral enters deep space, until they redeed their ship, they will still be flagged as whichever faction they entered deep space in
- B-Wing foils are borked
- Weapon Overload 3 is broken
- Chasis dealers pay 500 creds for LV10 equipment
- Don't feel like thinking up more bullets atm
While these are not gamebreaking things still need to be ironed out. I am not saying I am in 100% agreement with the author, "everything works fine here" is not accurate. It is working at an acceptable level, but some of these issues have been around since Beta and if they continue to be overlooked... well those of us that have been around since SWG beta still see many of the same annoying and recurring bugs that do not get fixes. ![]()

Wow half of those so called bugs are complete crap.
* Lvl 10 part only selling for 500 creds
(explanation. the Devs did that so people would start reverse engineering so they did that with the trade in)
* The one about your launcher not being able to be equipped. All you have to do is close out all the windows and re open it and then you can re equip it. (Happens to everyone)
* Weapon Overload 3 is working its just the numbers arent correct. It doesnt use up the right amount of reactor energy or use up the right amount of capacitor energy per shot but nevertheless it works, so enjoy it while you can.
* Im a Neutral pilot myself and i dont have a hard time getting into deep space or even kessel. All thats required for me to get into Deep Space is 30k pts. Now if you declared your faction before you get the neutral station to go to Deep Space, then I can see why it wont allow you to get in. It asks you want side will support when you get there. Since you are neutral showing up with a declared status will prolly prohibit you from getting in.
So from the looks of it. Most of your bugs are just the way that somethings have been set up and then there are the ones that you are causing yourself. The rest are legitimate.
For all the rest of the legitimate bugs those arent exactly high priority. They are working hard on the Upcomming Combat Revamp and the Next Expansion Rage of the Wookiees. Im sure that those bugs are being looked into and will have a hotfix for them sometime in the future, but arent bad enough that hurt you during game play.

Sorry perhaps my english is not good enough to explain that but I am sure u will find a shipwright that can explain you the problem with the druidbrain upgrade (subcomponent for druidinterface)
