To put it in par with vehicles it would be three... but at launch it was only one on vehicles... I think I remember people wondering about this same topic in another thread... too lazy to look atm. Be happy to know you'll get one when you get it. I'm tired of being stuck on the ground.

That'd wouldn't allow for much of a custom/unique feeling. I myself wouldn't care having the slowest or least powerful ship as long as it's unique. Plus since it's twitch combat, I could possibly outfly someone.

But wait, so when I get shot down in one X-Wing, I can just pull out another two? That dosn't sound unique either. But, I'm just here to think about how stuff can go wrong anyways, so maybe it could.

well if you have the money to fully custumize and keep up 3 X-Wings why not... its not like you still don't have to have down time to fix your fallen fighter... just means you were wise enough to keep the fight rolling... and btw once your shot down wouldn't you have to get back to where you died to make it matter? I'd rather have multiple types of ships in my pad... but sure go ahead and have the class you like out the yin/yang

choices must be there, like as with vehicles.
3 is minimum and would be great.
to the repair concern, well when u got shot down u end in clone center. where is that ? in a city. city got starport? mostlikely.
if your vehicle is damaged what u do? click on repair and pay credits. poof repaired.
i assume starport cities will have also the option to repair a fighter, so i guess the downtime to repair wont be more then for vehicles.
in other words more then 1 or 2 ships wont hut anybody, but would give us more chopices and customising options

They would have to allow us at least 2 since we get one immediately upon training novice pilot. Otherwise we would have to destroy that one to get another one (not likley IMHO).

dang, i want a varity like with vehicles. so 3 would be totally ok.
not all players are pvp people and i for one would love to exchange the ship like i feel on every day same as vehicles.
to limit that to one only would be very very bad.
if i got thew cash why i should not be able to own more then 1 spacership? i wish to enjoy a YT3000 for traveling and maybe other day to go into a fighter and kill some pirates with gunpower.
its about fun and not always only pvp pvp pvp kill the other player stuff. this is not counterstrike its supposed to be a RPG!!!

I would be happy with 2-3 ships in my data padd, as long as you are not aloud to have the same type of ship twice.

When you get shot down, you'll die and clone in a facility. You'll either have to repair your ship or take out another.
