Thread: Please do not make the Jedi Starfighter 2 only for Jedi

That ship looks great but please dont add it only for Jedi but rather for advanced pilots.


Or add that ARC ship the Clone pilots use.

this is a little quote regarding the new ship


"In addition to the new mining ship, the expansion will also introduce the Jedi Starfighter II featured in the prequels. There's no information on what this ship can do but, given its reputation, we imagine it will be reserved for more experienced players. A new mount from Episode III will also be included but LucasArts isn't revealing its identity. "

-I support a Galactic Civil War fought between regular, average players... Simply strict, hardlined Imperials & freedom lovin' Rebels fighting for control of the galaxy. A Galactic Civil War fought not with glowsticks or lightsabers, but with blasters, lances, and how much guts you have. A Galactic Civil War which reflects the timeline, the destruction of the Death Star, the absolute control which the Empire has and the brave Rebels trying to break up that reign... The extinction of all but a few rare and special Jedi. That my friends, is the Galactic Civil War and that is what we have to aim for.

Why would a JEDI Starfighter be for everyone? I dont see how a jedi starfighter hurts JTL not like many people are ever in space anyways

if you played Rogue Squadron 3: Rebel Strike, Wedge crash lands on Geonosis and picks up a Jedi Starfighter.



Since Ep.3 involved Kashyyk, and there's a war there, it's possible that a large amount of Jedi Starfighter 2's were either lost or something in a secret weapon cache used by the Republic.



So if the Devs followed the same idea then everyone would have an equal chance of getting the ship. Then everything is fine and nobody has to get hurt. until you get in space that is

Hopefully it wont. Or else they shouldn't have the Jedi Starfighter. Why put it in when its not for jedi? Put in something else that makes more sense.

Whatever they do with it, I hope they actually make it crappy, so that only a very few people will want to fly it.


Really don't want to see more "uber" prequel stuff running/flying around. I'm happy with seeing TIEs and rebel ships in space, don't want it to end up like with Jedi on the ground...

I mean theres tons of ships if your a specific faction you cant get why does it matter if you cant get the jedi fighter? why arent you whining you cant fly the others?

Whats the big deal if the Jedi get a ship? As long as they add stuff for everyone I dont see the problem with it. Also the fact that is called a jedi starfighter would lead me to believe that is a jedi only ship or else i'd imagine all the clone troopers would be riding in them too in episode 3 as well and not the ARC ships.

I don't think there should be any advantage to flying in it but it would be pretty cool badge of honor for a veteran.
