Thread: Is this correct?
PS . The comments from THI were referring to were posted in "Creature Handler Top Five - Developer Responses - 12/18" sticked at the top of this forum.
What are the 5? I am only CL 40, but the 2 that I know abut I wouldn't want anyway. The Bull rancor... hits pretty good but the kinetic is low and the razor cat from Corellia.. same thing.
I found a Blurrg baby yesterday, never seen one before, but those have low kinetic also. Since they do not cover the kinetic, they should have one that can be useful in PvP. Bull Rancor comes close, but I saw a TKA take one out in 10 seconds.
I heard though that some of the over powered professions are going to get nerfed next patch, namely tka.
- great plains stalker (51)
- mantigrue screecher (55)
- merek deaths head (56)
- arachne widow (58)
- bull rancor...if he even counts...(65)

and i agree that this is fubar. and im sry, but i will have to decline your vote for me for president...power corrupts ![]()
So the devs are trying to keep the MCH's pure?

Now they have already set the CL at 10 max for a combat droid. Six modules to make a CL 10 combat droid? What happens if I use only one combat module? The thing gets dismantled by a baby kreetle? What is the point of requiring 6 stacked modules for a combat droid that will get trashed in 10 minutes. If you are going to forge ahead anyway with an idea that most DEs have spoken out against(combat modules as opposed to actual combat models) why make it needlessly complex? It has already been proven that there is no market out there for a CL 10 combat droid(probot), do they honestly think that there is a market out there for a combat droid that would be made with less than 6 modules? I just don't understand the thinking with this Dev crew.
Well, this was TH stating how things are going to work afterall. He is the one and same that said our "clear domed R2 was really cool".
My guess is that the combat modules are going to be just like all the rest of our modules, lvl 1 to lvl 6 and are effected by experimentation to make them better. I think he just phrased it incorrectly.
If it was a 6 slot deal, the best and mightiest of all our droids would the R3 with 6 combat modules installed, and that just can't be right (please make that not right).
1. "Combat Droids will have all the fighting functionality of a regular combat-capable creature (CL10)"
