Send a Tier 2 player after wave after wave of Tier 3 A-Wings in an hour long mission, repeatedly giving them the illusion that the mission will be over soon, and then crushing someone's spirit completely by sending 10 Tier 4 X-Wings to attack some stupid transport you have to repair THAT HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH THE ORIGINAL MISSION!?!?! And not only that, you can't train into your next tier with your maxed out experience, making your repeat attempts at this mission even more futile.
And DON'T say bring more players along BECAUSE THERE ARE NONE! I I could only find Imperial Ace and that still wasn't enough!

cuz there are some missions where the waves will not stop unless you get to the next waypoint

It was my idea during JTLS Beta. I hope you enjoy it
.
Note: Not serious, but fighting with other players on your side is what you are suppose to do. Its an MMO, which means more than one person ![]()

none of the missions for tier 2 or tier 1 lets you battle tier 4 enemies none of the imperial, neutral or rebel missions (tried them all on different characters in different galaxies). So i think you just ran into a spawn point.

Somewhere in the distant the "Geniuses" devs are taking a bow for this idiocy along with countless other misteps and mishaps.
Then they wonder why the servers are empty.

um... i think your mad at the game for actaully having some difficult times. Come on... you can't be mad at a game for being difficult, or its too easy and if you simply "need" help so badly, you have to look. look at profiles to see if there aces. Also do searches for aces. and of course... spend time, heck, i only needed help twice during my climb to ace... and i had to spend 2 hours looking for help. don't complain because people don't stand around waiting for you to ask for help. sheesh. i can't believe your blaming the devs for this. its sad... oh well, its your opinion and i respect that.

Maybe I misread something in your rant...but it appears you stated that an ace pilot wasn't able to bring you to the completion of this mission.
That has got to be the worst ace pilot in the game if he couldn't get by a tier 2 mission. Sounds like somebody got a free ride to the "ace" title.

A little advice, I know the shortest distance between two point's is a stright line.......but if you see a bunch of 'red dots' on your radar along that stright line, I would not go in a stright line. If you are flying in a hot area try to go around bunches of npc that have nothing to do with your mission. There have been a few times since launch that the dev.s have had to move a spawn just for this reason, but sometimes you do get mixed up with no mission targets. Hopefully this will not happen often, but sometimes it does.....good luck and all ways keep one eye on that darn radar.

If its a delivery mission, just hyperspace to another quadrant in the same sector, and approach your destination waypoint from another direction. Doing this bypasses the never ending spawns that occur between from your original location and the mission destination.
Not fun, but effective.

I was thinking the same thing. An ace pilot with RE'd guns and the right droid programs should be able to solo any mission in the game, much less a Tier 2 mission.
