On Tuesday all FSCS Unlocking is gone until Publish 10 with the new quest system?

Sort of - you can supposedly still unlock, but you won't be able to make your Jedi character until Pub 10 goes live.

I'm out in the middle of nowhere, minding my own business. Lets say I'm a neutral. If I come across a jedi with his saber out, can I not attack him?
If I'm a covert rebel, can I attack him? Covert Imperial? Is there anyway for a non-ranked jedi to be in danger of being seen?
Just curious.

No you can't attack a jedi unless he is (opposing faction)overt, or you have a bounty against him.

Yea, my assumption is that visiblity increases faster while being neutral.
2 reasons.
1. Imperials Seeing you
2. Rebels Seeing you
And the rate at which the griefers are exploiting the BH missions, its pretty bad to have visibility right now.
Not that all BH are bad, most are quite cool. But theres way too many people in the BH profession that just wanna screw up someone elses fun.

You can always challenge him to a duel. But be warned, we aren't exactly your father's Jedi anymore.

Hi, I'm still new to the PvP in this game, I'm going overt reb when I get to Master Fencer, or when I get a bit higher into it anyway.
I'm just wondering if I come across an overt Imp BH attacking a Jedi, can I help out the Jedi by attacking the BH even if I'm covert?

If your covert, you can only work off of an Overts group tef [which probably is being removed anyway, soon]. So in this case, no, while your covert, you can not attack the overt.
