It's tradable, but you have to have done the quest to generate the deed. And only rebels can do the quest.

It's the same thing with the Jedi fighter, only imps can get the quest and you need to do the quest to generate the deed.

Oh how much I want to smack the person who made these quests....

Once you have completed the quest, you are free and clear to be whichever side you choose. This is the true reason why the certification is in all three pilot professions, so that someone will not "lose" their quest reward later if they decide to change sides, not so all sides are entitled to earn them.

Has anyone confirmed this?

Is the ARC-170 mission doable only for rebels, and the ship only usable by the one who did the mission?

Is the ship deed tradeable?

Trading or buying should be no problem, but generating the ship from the deed will be.

No you're not, you get the Jedi Fighter. I would rather have that one then the ARC.

Will I be able to do this quest if I am a reb on the ground but a privateer in space?

Yes. Ground status is the only thing that affects your ability to do the quests.

Isn't the mass on the Jedi Starfighter pretty crummy? If the SOE description is any indication, it's small & fast, but can't pack much of a punch or really carry a lot of equipment overall.

And what prerequisites do you need to do the Grievous ship quest?

90k is a lot of mass. Especially for you Imperials, who have even lower mass on your average ships than us Rebels.

You can easily fit everything you need into 90k mass.

No prerequisites for the Grievous ship, anyone strong enough can do it. As for Jedi Starfighter, it'soneof the bestPvP shipswhich makes the A-wing and TIE Adanced obsolete because of its superb handling and mass advantage.
