would somebody from the dev team please watch all of the star wars movie and point out where there was nebula everywhere?
a little is fine for a little color but not when my fps goes down to 3.

it looks cool, theres an options setting to lower that. I set mine down to min and it looks good, mostly black space with stars and occasional nebulae

God knows who designed the amount of nebulae, I don't remember seeing a single one in the Trilogy.

It's always the Devoloper's fault isn't it?
It's alot easier for you to lower the amount on client side than to remove it COMPLETELY from the entire game affecting those who have the ability to use such high settings...
Since when has Starwars Galaxies ever been based from the movies on the cue of visual elements ?

The option is in the Graphics setting section if I remeber correctly. There's a slider bar that lets you set the nebulae density. I set it to max so there're nebulae for nblast, lol.

Lowering the nebula slider to absolute minimum does not increase my framerate in most cases. If I get too close to them, I still lag incredibly bad. One definite spot that this happens is in Dathomir. Might be due to my somewhat cruddy video card (ATI AIW 8500)

Invest 100 bucks and get a ATI 9500 or 200 for an ATI Radeon 9800 Pro... or you could buy mine off me... for 150

I can't live without my excessive amounts of inputs/outputs. I'm saving up for a completely new computer though. One day, I will play SWG without fps/hdd lag...one day...

the options slider does not help one bit, the data is still there for the nebula so when you get close, bam slide show wars

If that's the case, upgrading your PC seems to be the only choice.
