Seriously, why would I put this on? I need to be overt to have it on, with no armor. I would get killed in 3 seconds. I'm tired of seeing Rebs running around in Orange Jumpsuits. Why not make the B-Wing clothing wearable when covert?

Are you sure it's not equipeable as a Covert? I just recently put on mine and I was covert.

I tried to put it on yesterday, and it said that it was no equipable unless I was overt.

I agree, all factional UNIFORMS need to be made covert-wearable. Faction armour should remain overt only, but clothing is just for show, and its suicide to wear it on the ground right now. This should be done very quickly so I can wear my damn Imperial Hat without fear of death

The old B-wing flightsuit from before the themepark re-vamp is equipable as covert, but has no bonuses, the new one is only usable as overt but has bonuses.

But the old one was not a B-wing flightsuit, was it? I remember getting an orange jumpsuit when I first did that themepark, and the grey B-wing suit when I did it again after the revamp.

You got the orange one from Wedge on Corellia, and the B-wing one you get from Ackabar on Dantooine. I have 2 B-wing suits, one i can use anytime and one with bonuses i can use as overt.

B Wing flightsuit was is given right towards the end of the themepark if i remember correctly, can't remember wheni did it lol.
I think it's only equipable as Overt because of 2 reasons:
1) It has stat bonuses, Rifle Speed +5 anyone?
2) It would throw the whole covert/overt thing out of the window as a flightsuit which belongs to the rebels would be instantly reconisable and any imp walking past would probably open fire (and vise versa for the imps). You wouldn't be able to go walking round in an item of clothing which reveals your faction but still remain covert and all enemies go sailing past you without looking twice. Being Overt whilst wearing it brings in the risk and would make you open to fire, which is how it should be.
Just my opinion anyway.

That must be the reason I could wear the B-Wing flightsuit... I had both (from JtLS and from the Rebel Themepark) and both were in my inventory at the same time. I must have chosen the Rebel Themepark one.

This argument holds no water. By this rationale the Imp and Reb flightsuits you get from your trainer for free should be only used when overt as well, and you can wear either as covert. This should apply to all Rebel/Imp clothing (but not armor).
Either way it should be standardized. Either all Reb/Imp cloting should be overt, or it should all be covert. This mix and match stuff is confusing and only promotes conformity in dress (I already see too many folks in Composite...I don't want to get sick of Orange and Black coveralls too.)

Well, the TIE Pilot suits you get for completing a few JTL missions are wearable covert, even though they have an imperial insignia on them. It would make more sense if B-Wing suits would be wearable covert (which some old ones still are, by the way, if you can find them).
