The funniest thing we saw, we were krayt hunting, I was tanking a CL86 giant krayt, when a MBH came charging up to me on his swoop. His swoop blew up and he was instantly killed by the krayt. He then said he was just looking for a spot to place a guild hall. Yeah, right. I always go fully buffed with booster blue when scouting on Tatooine.

Second funniest encounters. I recently started walking right up to BHers with my mission and ask them, "What are you hunting? Be carefull, there are Jedi out there. Shhh! Don't scare them." But for some reason, every BH will drop my mission when I do that. So I got to stop doing it and I'm thinking about pretending to run when they show up. If they see you running, they think easy kill then I hope.

I had two within one day come after me on the Ryatt trails while grinding, the usual bottom feeders who were looking for easy AFK kills (which was the risk you took by going AFK). I spent an entire day down there trying to finish up my template in a marathon session.
The first one was only CL62 or something like that. The dude must have pissed his pants when I (CL80, was only finishing my last defender boxes for full template) proceeded to kill him in 4 hits. Started sending me hate tells, of course, along the usual "cheater, exploiter, I'm going to report you" lines.

(yeah, my post-cu 460dps saber is so exploited)

The second was a bit tougher, CL80, decked out, but he was also bottom feeding, and not really ready for actual fighting. Fortunately he had pulled some aggro down the Ryatt trail with him, so he didn't last much longer than the CL62 guy. Like the first, the /hate tells started rolling in with the usual accusations, etc.

Most of my BH encounters pre-Publish 21 went along those lines, you had non master BH FOTM's that padawan bottom fed, and they were the rudest and most apt to hate tell.

Now that I no longer need to grind anything, most encounters are out and about, or in town, and most of these BH's have been decent sorts.

My funniest bh expierience was when i was low lvl back pre-cu.

I was grinding in a speciel villiage placed way out there for jedi so we could grind without vis but i accidentally got some due to kungas the day before so i was keepin an eye out for bh's. First i see two dots that looked like they were heading to where my mission was that i had just completed, lo and behold one of them shoot my bike out, i hit fr1 and make it to my house since i was already omw there(a river killed his burstrun lol). I check to see there's a ranged guy and a melee guy(back then melee bh's were the bane of some full temps, especially ones with dots) and say f'ck no i ain't fighting this. I'm then proceeded to be called a coward and chickn, stupid you name it for taking on two bh's(the ranged wasn't buffed) and one of them i know is absolutley LOADed with dot pikes. The pikeman proceed to"leave" and i've been tracking these fools since i found out their names and both have me on friends list rofl. The ranged guy proceeds to taunt me saying he could wail me unbuffed and solo, so i step outside in an old set of comp armor i hadn't used in months with my knucklers and fr1 up(i put it on b4 the armor) and stand around waiting for him to attack me, i get bored and right as i go back into my house the pikeman comes back lol.

Finally both of them leave and i see another guy walking by(tych), talk to him abit he looks like he has my mission but i'm not too worried.

Next a famous knight killer comes at me lol, luckily i was in my house already having gottens omething to eat. This time i screw with him a bit and he leaves.

Now here comes the really funny part, the bh tych comes at me while i'm doinga lair. He's got some awesome carbines and i get man handled because well, i had bad heals and was so not ready for that lol. I managed to run far away and get back up, heal myself a few times and then i get incaped again, by this time some kunga's had come in and started beating up on him right as he was next to me. I popup, heal myself and dizzy/kd while me and the kunga's beat the crap out of him and kill him lol.

All that was in one day too.

I had just come off the ryatt trails and just capped my 4 million xp grind and was fully templated mdef/mls/heal 4x4x4 and a bh was right outside the gate waiting on his mark....I wasnt wearing any robes, just a be suit and was carrying a laser rifle to throw off any bh that might be taking names, this was pre patch 20, so he didnt get suspicious. Since he didnt turn and run for me I pretty much knew i was safe. Then i started thinking, I need a reward for finishing all this 11 month grind so i took a chance...

after talking to the bh he was bragging how he likes to grief this one particular low level jedi over and over becuase he went from imperial to rebel and left their guild because he didnt appreciate how they treated other players. So I started to make up a story that the laser rifle i was carrying was a ryatt trail prize and was the most powerful laser rifle in the game and was great for killing jedi in 3 shots. even if he checked my stats it would show masterrifles as one ofmy masterys...he bought it. I told him that if he would duel me he could see how much damage this laser rifle could do. this guy didnt even stand when he accepted my duel. As soon as i got the red above his head, i switched to my light saber and killed him in 4 shots....saber throw to keep him down, armor break, power hit, power hit. dead. this guy was dumb founded and was cussing so much i couldnt stop laughing. swore to get me but i knew that after patch 20 that was impossible. called me an exploiter, cheat, and every other name that you find on the forums. so my first bh kill was my favorite just because the guy wasnt even after me. and i often wonder about the jedi he was getting ready to jump coming out of the trail...i hope he at least lived another day without being grienfed.

Back pre-cu, I still had my 1700 damage T-21 and MRM as I was grinding Jedi. I saw a dot approaching and hit the panic macro to equip armor, equip the gun, eat foods.

A TKM/BH comes up, totally unarmored, jumps off his swoop and attempts to KD me. Thakatillo resists it. The entire fight consisted of:

Before christmas I was sitting in thetown cantina and in walked the BH with his probot droid, his baby nuna and a LLC, He kneeled, got all ready,took one shot got teffed out and one of my guildies killed him before i even got to the door, I thought i was gonna die laughing.

I swear i had the dumbest bh's come after me, One time I've had kunga's DB the bh for me, Huurton Stalkers have helped me too, I've had 3-4 Creature handlers come after me when i still had TKM, I kinda miss the old bh gank squads too, usually I would fr2 back to the cantina then both groups would have at it lol.

My favorite trick is to leave a droid outside my house while I'm cloaked inside doing something on the laptop.

Stupid BH shoots the droid EVERYTIME. So I have 2 mins to take my food, get mentally prepared and BAM, one dead BH with brown pants

A bh comes up to me and shoots 2 times and dosent even scratch me. I run up to him and hit him 2 times and take his health down really fast, Then he starts running away and says " screw this." At this point he isn't shooting at me any more and he's running away. I said " NO MERCY!" and start chasing him and he says " AHHHHHH" and that was the end of him lol. I still laugh about it when I think of it even though it was months ago.

I'm at Nym's starport boared. I notice a wild spawn of Kimos -red and yellow- so I go in and start fighting them (not smart) lol.

A mbh/mcm swoops in, and attacks me. I heal and turn on Force Run, then i kd her and take off. She turns on Burst Run. I notice that the Kimos still have agro on me and are chasing. I stop, turn. rot her and then run again. The Kimos started pounding in her! lol.. I go back and finish the job!

SHE WAS MAD!! Got manu /tells..the bets was that me -Jedi- was taming the Kimo so it was fair!!! lol

Bounty Hunters, to me, are like cornflakes. I don't like going against 'em, but when they're the only thing to eat, it's just "crunch crunch crunch." I see a BH, I think "Yay, PVP rating!" So that said, I don't usually bother with stopping what I'm doing for them unless I'm in the mood to fight.

This one particularly tenacious hunter, then, was VERY frustrated chasing me around for about 4 hours as I did space mining (zooming past him at the starport), went to the bathroom, destroyed Black Sun MOBs, and killed a wild Dark Jedi Master spawn. He finally catches up to me just as I finish channeling from the former, and he sends me a /tell "Hello."

I say "Heya." Then I notice he's following 50m behind me on a speeder. "Oh, hi," I say. So I stop, and I stand around.

"Got a special deal for Rebel Jedi," he says. "I drop the mission once I incap you, or you keep running and I chase you until I catch you."

"I don't play by the hunter's game. Just attack."

"I will keep getting your mission and hunting you down all night."

"/yawn"

He fires. I hit him. 49 seconds later, the count is Him: 5 misses. Me: 30 hits, 1 miss, and +21 PVP rating. 1663 Personal best

OK, so I was on Dant hunting with guild and friends from our player city. We were at a picket/bol mission, mobs everywhere and someone accidently used an AOE (no aoe group, this was before they were popular). Oops. Peeps were getting incapped, a couple died, my health was all over the place and force rapidly depleting from spamming lightsaber specials.

Next thing I know there is a blue name next to me wearing an assassin tag (MBH, MMarksman, MPistols was the only proff badge he had). OK he must be a Bounty Hunter after one of us Jedi. when the last mob went down I was sorta worried, I has less than 1/4 my force. So I quickly channeled back to full while the others was trying to figure out who he was after.

there was 4 jedi on our group (the others bailed to a house). we eventually figure out he's after me and a doc buffs me up. I /slap him a few times but he doesnt attack. After a couple minuted I figure wth so we finish the mission and head to the next.

He follows us to the next mission and leaves after we killed a few pickets. He was seen taking the shuttle from our player city and several min later comes back and heads in the opposite direction of us. by then we were at a different mission and clearing the spawns.

Sure enough as we were standing there regenning (by then the group was 5 and the only other jedi was in the house afk) he comes up in his speeder. Thne we watched amazed as he pulls out a faction pet. WTH is he thinking?

So he trains the stormtrooper (obviously must have just got it) and runs up to a picket and hits it. He gets the incap while pet did nothing. As I watched him getting beat on I was a bit worried that he was going to start the fight with Last Ditch but he didnt.

So when he gets up from the incap and takes a shot at me. THERES the LD. I was hit for 2288 dmg but apparently the picket didnt forget him and incapped (I checked my logs and altho I did hit my damage attackes after I healed, I didnt do any damage at all to him) So basically all I really did was heal, run over and /deathblow.

Talk about a noob respec BH. Funny thing is, if attacked at the first mission I would have hit the cloner before I knew there was anyone there.

Right after completing my first template after the CFU hit, I was by a rebel base giving a guildie some faction, then in walks a BH and opens fire. I could not attack him 'cause I had FR3 on and at the time it wasn't toggle'able. So I purely run in circles around the BH, strangely he did not use any KD/root/snare move. When FR3 goes off, I run in and he dies in 3 hits.

Another one was when I was out with a fellow Jedi killing an Ancient Krayt, and a BH, the first ever after Publish 20, walks near and starts shooting. The dragon was not a problem, as the other Jedi could tank it pretty well. But before I had the time to walk away from the dragon and to the BH, the BH does the unthinkable: instead of staying at a distance, he runs in next to me! I Power Attack'ed him once and the Krayt did the rest
