Thread: MPowers template question
Hi all, I've been playing around with various templates for a good, fun, well rounded character. I don't PvP and I do everything I can to stay off the terms so this is mainly for PvE. I've narrowed it down to these 3:
MPowers, LS 0400, Heal 4000, Enh 4004, Def 0040
MPowers, LS 0400, Heal 4000, Enh 0004, Def 4040
MPowers, LS 0400, Heal 4000, Enh 0004, Def 4400
I tried the stickies and a quick search but didn't see anything on this but are 2 trees in defender overkill and would the ability to live longer (2 def branches) outweigh speed (FR2 and FS2)? I also haven't done much in the defender tree yet but with a force intensive template, would 4400 be better than 4040? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

i played a variation of your listed tempates...
masterpowers
0400 sabers
4404 enhancer
4100 healer
with this template the only thing i couldnt do is solo a djm. you wont become unstoppable, but you become pretty hard to beat if you can play it correctly. a friend of mine had the same thing but with 4000 healer and novice defender, but i liked healing wounds. i changed just recently out of this template again, but that is something i will only reveal in a PM.
Ok I appreciate all the feedback so far. ![]()
What I'm hearing is that this template would also be viable:
Master Powers
4000 Healer
4404 Enhancer
0040 Lightsaber
novice Defender
My only concern with that would be the potential drain on the force pool, but that is sounding like a sweet temp.
As for the template with 0404 Enhancer over the force speed branch, I'd like to know if you have problems with your attack speed and if this is an issue for you.
right now i am enjoying my templete
master powers
4003 enhancer
4000 healer
4420 defender..
for me this works great asi dont use force for my armor, i have the escape force run 2 in there.. i have channel and force speed 2.. works really well
