Thread: Yearning for pre-cu...
And as far as GCW, i just want battles that are fast-paced and exciting rather than 8 completely dominating jedi on each side fighting each other and everyone else staying out of the fight or shooted from the background
cu is just so slow...i loved spamming strong attacks (for me stopping shot, torso shot, or eye shot) repeatedly and whittling down my opponent's health bar
i miss you pre-cu...

Pre-CU was better then the present game. I would even put up with buff lines again.

You should have seen it pre- 9 ... man we were pretty nasty really.
I miss those days as hard as they were... sure we complained but nothing like this and it was 20 times harder then this could ever be. It's funny we got as far as we did without and coaching or guidance.
I too miss those days of respect and honor held alot more water then they do now. I dont know exactly what happend it just kept getting worse over time... I do wish some of you that show care and real intrest in the class that you would have seen that and been part of it. You would have really apriciated the class then even with all its real bugs... not just no "premium pearls".... we had some very very bad ones... then though.

pre-9 was incredible. Just incredible. Jedi was tough to grind, but godly at 4444 guardian... I was reading through the old skill tree (link in sig) and I realized just how much better it was. While I only unlocked in may in the old system, I fought quite a few guardians on my main (and beat most of em too, but that was because I was a better PvPer overall, not from lack of power... if anything, they gave me far harder fights than they should have), and they were definitely better than anything we have now, in addition to having a far harder grind.

i yearn for my pre cu ph and spd mods lol i used to be hella decent with swordsman now im god at jedi but the game sucks and is slow
I miss being able to go out on Dathomir, kick a rancor in the hindside then high tale it to a nearby Singing mountain sister who as seeing I had 5000 faction in her clan would go tank for me while I helped attack the rancor. It was great! Or being able to adjust my stats so i could put on a composite helmet and dress up in a robe and go out fighting. Even had fun getting a 2nd account whom I trained in Doc and Musician to support my main. We'd both go out on missions where she'd rez my sorry self, but it was ll good.
I also miss the witches of Dathomir using Force attacks. Now they just sit around on their bums, maybe pulling out a weapon or such but still just blah and no help when fighting creatures. So much for immersion after the CU. Was just going through my game photo album and it saddens me all that I have lost.
yeah, the immersion is terrible now
i hate all the floating animations around peeps heads now
